Q: Why should I rent from a vacation rental company instead of an owner?A: As a property management company we are able to offer the same prices vacation rental owners can, but you get the convenience of dealing with professionals. Q: What is your cancellation policy?A: No refunds for cancellations that are within 60 days of check in. We suggest using CSA Travel Protection for trip cancellation insurance. Make sure the protection covers vacation rental reimbursement. If you choose not to get travel protection on some occasions we may be able to refund part of your rental fee, but only if we are able to rebook the dates you canceled. Q: Do I need to meet someone to pick up keys?A: In most cases you are able to check yourself in with the lock box codes that will be email out 7 days before check in. However some properties require us to meet you with the keys. You will be advised. Q: When is Check in and check out?A: Check in is at 3:30 pm or later and check out is no later than 10:30 am. Early check in and late check outs can be arranged for a fee if the rental calendar permits. Q: When do I need to pay the rental fee and the deposit?A: The full rental Fee is due 60 days before check in. If you book a rental that is less than 60 days before check in payment is due as soon as you receive your confirmation. The damage deposit is put on hold (not charged) on your card 7 days before check in. If you take care of the place we take the deposit off of hold once you check out. Q: Do I get daily cleaning servicesA: Your Cleaning fee covers the cost of cleaning the condo when you check out.
