Q: Why should I rent from Ali'i Beach Rentals?A: Click here for six reasons why you would want to rent with us. Q: What is your cancellation policy?A: There will be no refunds for cancellations or changes to booking dates if made within 30 days of your check in. Please note that there is a different cancellation policy for our luxury vacation homes. The luxury homes require a 20% non-refundable security deposit at the time of booking and there are no refunds for cancellations or changes to booking dates if made within 60 days of check in. We suggest using the trip cancellation insurance that we offer when booking online just in case a situation that is covered by the insurance arises preventing you from traveling. On some occasions as a courtesy to our guests we may be able to refund part of your rental fee, but only if we are able to re-book the dates you have canceled.
There are no guarantees that we will be able to re-book the dates, but we do try our best. Q: Do I need to meet someone to pick up keys?A: In most cases you are able to check yourself in with the lock box codes that will be emailed to you about 7 days before check in. However some properties require us to meet you with the keys. You will be advised. Q: When is Check in and check out?A: Check in is at 3:30 pm or later and check out is no later than 10:30 am. Early check in and late check outs can be arranged for a fee if the rental calendar permits, but we cannot make any guarantees. Q: When do I need to pay the rental fee and the deposit?A: The full rental fee is due 30 days before check in. If you book a rental that is less than 30 days before check in payment is due immediately. The damage deposit is put on hold (not charged) on your card 7 days before check in. If you take care of the property we will release the damage deposit off of hold once you check out. Also, note that there is a different payment policy for our luxury vacation homes. The luxury homes require a 20% non-refundable security deposit at the time of booking and the balance is due 60 days before check in. Q: Do I get daily cleaning servicesA: Your cleaning fee covers the cost of cleaning the condo when you check out. If you would like to pay for an additional cleaning during your stay then please contact us and we'll do our best to have it arranged. |
