The Beach Villas are located at 92-104 Waialii Place.

This Beach Villas at Ko Olina unit radiates luxury, melding timeless Hawaiian islands comfort with modern chic.  Indulge in an expansive suite featuring a vast array of opulent amenities. There are two suites with a king bed, both have a private bathroom, and a guest bedroom with a queen bed as well as a guest bathroom located in the hallway.
Enjoy indoor/outdoor living at its finest on the spacious lanai with peekaboo ocean views and overlooking the gorgeous pool.  The kitchen boasts all new stainless steel appliances, a highly functional kitchen island equipped with several bar stools idyllic for entertaining while cooking and contemporary black granite countertops, as well as a large flatscreen television and an intimate dining table in addition to an onsite washer and dryer.  The suite itself is only part of the charm, the resort is situated next to several picturesque sandy lagoons and offers access to several lap pools and a fitness center, not to mention world-class golf awaits directly across the street at the famed Ko Olina golf course and world-class cuisine as well at world famous Roy's restaurant.  Should you find the need to venture out of this utopian bubble some of the most beautiful beaches on earth await in nearby Wai'anae. There are 2 distinct shopping areas in the immediate vicinity, the Ko Olina Station and the Ko Olina Center.  At the Ko Olina Station, you will find the Monkey Pod Kitchen, the Black Sheep Cream CO., and Island Country Market (groceries).  If you are looking for something entertaining and historically significant for the whole family consider enjoying a train ride with the Hawaiian Railway Society!  Train rides are available every WED, SAT, and SUN, but reservations must be made in advance, the phone # is, and fares range from $10 for keiki (Hawaiian for children) or $15 for adults or $30 for all Parlor Car tickets.  Enjoying a train ride is an unforgettable experience offering a unique glimpse into O'ahu's historical sugar cane heritage!  At the Ko Olina center across the street (5-8 min walk or a 3-4 min bike ride from the residence) you will find Mekiko Cantina Restaurant (Mexican restaurant)- Eggs and Things, Starbucks, and the Pizza Corner.  

Check-In is 3:30PM — Check-Out is 10:30AM (Condo Sqft. 1484)
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

We loved staying at this resort! There were so many amenities and the staff was so friendly. The place is beautiful and Ko Olina itself is clean and upscale. The condo itself could use a few things like counter cleaning spray, a few larger pots (it’s a 3 bedroom so likely you’ll need to make some larger meals) and a crock pot would have been nice to start dinner and go lay on the beach and finally a few extra blankets would have been nice as well. We don’t really hold that against it and would absolutely rent it again. If you plan to rent be sure to consider Ko Olina is away from many activities and “the action” which was our preference but you will need to allow time to get to locations if you sign up for excursions.

We really enjoyed our vacation here. It was mine and my wife’s 2nd time staying at this resort and my parents and sister & brother in-laws first time. The unit was clean and well decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Appliances are top rated Wolfe Appliances which all worked very well. The parking stall is far from the unit but we would just drop our things off at the elevator closest to our unit in the underground parkade, then parked and walked back so it was no big deal. Everything you would need was there. There are 4 cheaper beach chairs, 2 of which are in rough shape. Ideally some beach chairs like Tommy Bahamas would be better to have but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Some floaties to use at the ocean as well as a beach umbrella. It seemed the pans took a long time to heat up, possibly because they weren’t induction pans for the induction range. If you notice the over isn’t heating up fast enough, door isn’t closing it’s because the rack isn’t pushed in all the way and you just need to push it in. Liquid laundry detergent was supplied which lasted us 9 days which was great. There wasn’t any dishwashing powder supplied (the container was empty) but after contacting the property manager they had some for us that day. We brought dishwasher pods but we found they weren’t washing well. After looking up the manual online, we found the manual states only to use powder dishwasher detergent, not liquid or pods. The resort is very clean and well maintained. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Quiet lap pool is warm and relaxing as well as the hot tub. Gym is very nice and has a majority of the equipment you would need for a vacation gym. Definitely recommend walking over to the Disney Alauni Resort for a Shave Ice. Only $5.00-$7.50 which was much cheaper than other places on the island and very very good! The lagoons are beauty and is a perfect place for kids (no waves & sharks cannot get in). This lagoon is

It’s a very nice apartment in a wonderful environment. It has everything you need to make it to a memorable event. Three bedrooms with private bathroom give privacy the large living room is a good place to meet with your party. There are two pools and it’s only a very short way to the wonderful lagoon.

For us it was the ideal place to start our sight-seeing trips around Oahu island.

To have a rented car is very helpful and doesn’t cause additional costs as a parking space is included.

Unit was as beautiful, comfortable, and well equipped. We loved relaxing out on the spacious lanai. Be careful not to bump into the low glass coffee table which one family member did. Check in time delayed by 30 min. Otherwise, would definitely return again!

Rental was very well equipped and clean. My only suggestion is to change the kitchen garbage can to a larger can that actually fits a 13 gallon kitchen bag. We had to take the bag out of the van and leave it on the floor to be able to finish filling the bag. Front desk personnel very helpful and grounds very well kept. Ko Olina is not close to Honolulu and a variety of restaurants due to traffic is the one downside of the area.

Our family had a wonderful and relaxing staycation! The unit is very spacious with modern furniture and high end appliances. I was amazed to find the kitchen fully equipped with everything you could think of to cook for your family - I even found a high chair for our son. The location of the unit was perfect. It’s located near to the elevators which made it easy for our family (with little kids) to go to and from the unit with all of our things in tow. Being near to the elevators I was surprised at how quiet it was as well. The property is wonderful. It feels much less crowded than the other properties at Ko Olina. The pool has many little alcoves so you feel you have your own space to swim. It was great for the kids. They also enjoyed feeding the koi fish. It’s definitely a place where you feel you can relax. Parking was great because we got an assigned stall. It was so easy to go in and out. I stayed at other properties in Ko Olina and I tried to avoid leaving the property during peak times because I was worried about finding a decent stall when I returned (especially because I have a van). I am so grateful to have stayed here. It was so relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely return.

Wonderful property with nice perks of a pool and the beach within walking distance! It can be a bit of a drive if you plan to explore the rest of Oahu but our family did not mind. Only suggestion would be clearer instructions as check-in. Other than that, we had a fabulous time spending a week at this property.

Excellent 3BR condo in a wonderful beach villa.

Very spacious and nice floor plan. We were staying in a different unit (2BR beach front unit) in the same villa the previous week, and liked the villa so much we decided to extend our stay and booked this unit at the last minute. Beach front units had an unbelievable beach view (with one of the best sunsets in Hawaii!), but there is a lot of foot traffic all day along the beach path. This unit facing the pool is much quieter and relaxing (although sometime, the pool crowd can get a little noise).

Kitchen is very well equipped with all the pots and pans, appliances, dishes, utensils, etc. Wish they would supply basic supplies like dishwasher and laundry detergent. There was some left from the previous user, but only enough for one time, so we asked local property management, but they told us we had to buy our own. We also ran out of toilet paper a few days before leaving (we stayed for 2 weeks), and when we asked for a couple more rolls, the front desk told us "after the initial free supply, we had to buy our own". Going out to buy toilet paper isn't an ideal way to spend the last few days of your vacation, so given the rental price (vs the cost of a few toilet paper rolls), we wish the owner, rental agency, or local property manager would provide all necessary supplies for free during the stay (or at least have a little convenience store on site).

One other request. It would have been nice to have a work desk in the bedrooms. Workation and remote work is becoming the norm, so more people would be able to stay at this wonderful resort longer if they could work productively during their stay.

Having said all that, it was a wonderful stay. We would definitely recommend this vacation condo! Wife and kids are asking when we are going back!
