This 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom condo is an end unit where the owner just refreshed the condo with fresh paint and furniture. Condo comes with a full modern kitchen, a/c in bedroom, large lanai, and did we mention the view? Being an end unit, our guest will soak in a 180 degree view starting from the Ko'olau Mountains and merging into the deep Pacific Blue Ocean! Feel at home with HD cable TV, FREE high speed internet and but its on the edge of Waikiki & Ala Wai making it more secluded but close enough to be experience Waikiki's "City Life." It is a short 5 minute walk to the world famous Waikiki Beach.
(NO a/c in living room, bedroom ONLY)

The location is perfect (445 Seaside Avenue)! Walk to the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center in about 5 minutes and the newly renovated International Marketplace in about 5-7 minutes. All of Waikiki's best beaches are just a few minutes walk away!
Take a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool, or relax in the sauna and jet spa. Have a quick workout in the gym before you swim too!

Experience the fun and sun, the food and nightlife, and “The View” with much Aloha here at the Island Colony.

The sleeping arrangements are convenient with a Queen bed in the bedroom and sofa sleeper for an additional guest. There is a big a/c in bedroom, that could cool the entire condo, but there is NO a/c unit in living room.

- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

The condo was everything we expected! Nice convenient kitchen, a lot of commodities, beautiful views. Building is clean, pool and spa were super fun, but BBQs were not very clean and easy to use. Ali'i was quick to respond by text message when we had problems.

The unit was perfect. Brand new TVs in bedroom and living room. Kitchen was fully equipped. The view from the living room was amazing! A block from Kuhio Ave where there are plenty of restaurants and shopping. International Market is a couple of blocks. You're pretty much walking distance to everything. Bonus - there is a restaurant (Forty-Niner) in the lobby that serves an amazing breakfast. A word of caution - the traffic on Ala Wai Blvd can get a bit loud.
