· Master bedroom has King bed.

Guest bedrooms include Queen bed and Full Bed.

· AC in every room.

· High-speed fiber Internet in all rooms.
Streaming Flat Screen TV in Living room

· Hotel-grade towels and bed sheets.

· Kitchen: Fully equipped with brand new appliances and full sets of cooking essentials (utensils, pots, pans, silverware, knives, bowls, baking pans, coffee maker, blender, rice maker, tea kettle, etc.)

· Laundry: Wash and Dryer are in the garage.

· Parking: 1 standard-sized cars in the garage and 2 parking spaces on the driveway. NO parking on the street or road.

· Quiet Time: between 9:00 pm – 8:00 am. This is a residential community. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No parties, events, or large gatherings.

· Self-check-in via Smart Lock. Separate lockbox for emergency access.

· Guests have access to the entire house and the private backyard.

· Access to the community clubhouse, pool, hot tub, and gym will be available in late Spring or Summer 2024.

· Please be aware of the ongoing construction in this community during workdays.

· For our out-of-town guests, we are 14 miles away from Kapolei (Costco, Target, shopping malls). It is recommended to have a rental car for easier and more timely travel.

Ali’i Beach Rentals is a full-service professional vacation rental company. We have our own in-house maintenance, cleaning team, and professional property managers who are available by phone 24/7 in case of emergencies.

We love the new build, house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Backyard had a great view of the ocean. The local beach was 10 minutes away.
