With a generous "open" living area, airy high ceilings, & exquisite finishings, this fully solar powered house features:

Four bedrooms with AC, ceiling fans & Smart TVs: A master suite with a King bed + Master Bathroom, 2 guest rooms with Queen beds, and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds.
All beds are fitted with premium mattresses, high quality pillows, and extra blankets for
ultimate comfort.
Hotel-grade towels and sheets.
- A spacious living, dinning & b’fast area, with AC and ceiling fans, & Smart TV
- High-speed fiber optic Internet, TVs can be repurposed as monitors and color printer for emergency printing.
- A fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances and all cooking and serving essentials.
- A laundry area in the garage with a washer and dryer and clothes rack.
- Ping Pong Table, beach essentials such as chairs, towels, and boogie boards, selection of family games for family fun.
- Parking for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway. Please note NO street parking.
- Please respect our quiet hours between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am, to maintain the serenity of our residential community. We do not allow parties, events, or large gatherings.
- Self-check-in is via a smart lock. Guests have access to the entire house and private backyard.

*** Access to the community clubhouse, pool, hot tub, and gym will be available in late Spring or Summer 2024. Construction activities within the community are ongoing during daytime work hours.

The leeward side of the island boasts of the best weather on Oahu with beautiful beaches for surfing, swimming, and snorkeling throughout the year. Numerous hiking trails in the area are also sure to delight any outdoor enthusiast. Some places to check out:
Papaoneone Beach - hidden little gem, not busy, clear blue water

Shopping: Pharmacies, banks, convenience stores and local grocery stores are right at the entrance to the valley. Kapolei, is 14 miles away has a Costco, Target, shopping malls and eateries. A rental car is recommended for convenient and timely travel. Try out local bar food, Thai, Korean, Hawaiian, and even Central American food, right in Waianae.

I’m not the one to usually leave reviews, but I have to in this case. The host was amazing! They thought of everything. They have plenty of towels, toiletries, cleaning supplies, etc. The house was large with plenty of space and was also very clean. All the appliances are brand new and top notch. We loved the ductless AC system as each person could have the temp set to his or her liking. It was difficult to find as it was brand new so forget the navigation once you get into the development and read the directions given by the house carefully. This is due to the house and development being so new that the phones navigation thinks your driving on dirt.
