The main living room features a large cantilevered balcony with two-sided siding doors for unobstructed views of the city and enjoying the cool mountain breezes. Also on the main level is a spacious bedroom with queen bed and private en suite bathroom, and an additional half bath for guests.
Take the open staircase to the upper level to find two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms both featuring separate tubs, showers, double vanities and walk-in closets. One bedroom includes a king bed and the other a queen with both bedrooms affording generous sitting areas. Completing the upper level is a laundry area and reading nook off the staircase. All bedrooms on upper and main levels have air conditioning.
The lower level of this fabulous home includes a huge family room with wet bar, a fourth bedroom with full bed, full bathroom with shower and a covered lanai with grill.
