Located at 240 Liliuokalani Ave. the Royal Moana is a few minutes walk to world class Waikiki beaches and was recently remodeled with the sole purpose of providing you a luxurious yet economical alternative to a hotel room. Ask yourself, why would I ever rent a room when I can rent a home? As you can see in the amenities, we have gone to great lengths to make sure these condos are truly your home away from home. Ali’i Beach Rentals manages the entire property so there are 6 identical fully furnished luxury one bedroom condos and 1 luxury studio available.
All the Royal Maona condos have fully equipped kitchens ready to cook and eat. Feedback from our guests show that this one of the best ways to save money during your trip. Preparing meals instead of eating out three times a day can save an average of $100 a day per couple on food. This is a must for the budget minded traveler.
Our staff prides themselves in the beautiful condition of this property. “Luxurious” is the best way to describe a Royal Moana condo. We spared no expense on remodeling every unit with marble floors, and granite countertops throughout. Tasteful wood furnishings were shipped straight from Indonesia. As you can see by the photos these condos are beautiful!

I had a great stay. Good location - about 3 blocks from Wikiki beach. Clean and comfortable. My 3 friends and I were very happy. Would definitely consider renting again.

We would rate the condo with a 5 thumbs up! There were 2 things that were drawbacks. The size of the "lanai" I would call it a ledge! Would have like to have had a blender, we have fruit and veggie smoothies for breakfast. Bought my own blender and brought it home, needed one anyway.
Was worried about climbing the stairs at first, but then just looked at it as exercise and it got easier as time went one. Fortunately my grandson had no problem with them and was always eager to run down to the car for something.
The kitchen was fully equiped, a shaper knife for carving a pineaple would have helped, but hey, no biggie. Loved the bathroom, plenty of towels. Plenty of space for putting our clothes away and stashing suitcases.
The location was wonderful if you were staying In Waikiki, walking distances from anything you could possible want. I will definitely recommend to anyone interested. Will look you up again next year when we are coming to town.

Yes the Royal Moana condos don't have much of a Lanai but it is still nice to have the sliding glass door off the bedroom. I stayed here for 5 nights with my wife and daughter. The location was great, five minute walk to the beach and shopping. The amenities were great as well; the condo was stocked with plenty of towels and extra linens, multiple kitchen appliances and pots & pans to use for eating in (which saved us quite a bit of money). My wife did speak with Shelley briefly during our stay and said that she was extremely friendly and asked if there was anything that she could do to make our stay more enjoyable. The onsite laundry center was quite convenient as we had a lot of laundry with a three year old and multiple trips to the beach. Also, having a reserved parking spot in this area of Waikiki is a huge plus as traffic and parking can be a nightmare. The only negative was that there some little bugs (ants?) crawling around the kitchen counter, but even this was not a huge issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this location and will definately stay here again on future visits.
