NO ELEVATORS: Make sure everyone in your party is able to go up and down stairs. This unit is on the 2nd floor.
NO PARKING: Public transportation is very convenient and walking distance to shops and restaurants in the area.

This place was just what we needed to be in downtown Waikiki! We didn't plan on spending much time in our hotel as we toured the island and spent most of our time on the beach. This apartment was close to everything as you can get without the premium pricing. It had all the necessities of being at home with regards to the kitchen. We went to the store and got food to make. The apartment is on the interior of the building which was nice for blocking out some noise. The area is definitely where you want to be if you like to be up and out late. Parking in the area is not too bad, but be prepared for a walk from the surrounding area if you have a car. If you just want a place to rest your head, this is great!

The property is located at the quieter end of Waikiki and an easy walk to the beach. Food trucks on the street were very handy. It was very nice to have morning coffee on the lanaii.

If you are looking for a clean place to stay close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, then this is the place for you. My family stayed at this condo for 8 days and found it to be a great place. We enjoyed having near us. The only down side was no parking available and we had to park in a parking garage down the street, although this wasn't terrible either. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to rent a condo near the beach. Would stay here again if we decide we want to go back to Hawaii

We loved our stay. First trip to Hawaii. We found the place to be clean and had what we needed. Nice location too. The only thing we were not happy about was being told there was no parking only to find there was. We we’re not offered this option. We noticed open spaces every day as we came and went. We asked someone getting in their car one day and they said they were offered parking for an extra fee. That was not offered to us. I would have gladly paid extra to park on the property!

Cabana at Waikiki is my "go to" stay when I'm in Waikiki. The location is great and the units have everything you need! This particular unit is not as nice as the one I typically stay in on the 3rd floor, but it served its purpose for our short 3 day visit. The couch could be a little more comfortable and can also use some updates in the kitchen, but overall - great for the price and location.

The condo was conveniently located a block from the beach and there were lots shops within walking distance. Parking was off site but close by in a garage and there are also food trucks right out front. Everything in the condo worked and having the luxury of sleeping in and being able to cook your own breakfast was a nice option to have. Lots of room in the condo and storage space for luggage and belongings.

Condo was in a great location, just a couple blocks from the beach and shopping. Super convenient! It was spacious (plenty of room for the 3 of us), well-maintained, and clean. Had a minor incident when we first arrived, in that we could not open the lockbox to get the entrance key, but the management responded fairly quickly when we called, and in the meantime, a resident let us in so we could gain access the unit. Only downside was the kitchen could have used a few more things, such as a Pyrex baking dish (ended up purchasing disposable bakeware from the grocery store). Overall, we had an excellent stay. I would definitely recommend!

The place was perfect for my partner and I. We loved the fact that there were kitchen supplies and we utilized them. It was honestly the best place we could have picked for our vacation. Walking distance to a lot of things and a short trip with Uber to the grocery store. We will be picking this place again next time

Clean unit, Comfortable bed, really nice shower in the tub. Cooked or prepared every meal that we wanted to with no problem. Oven worked well. Frying pan was worped and a little worn. 5 minute walk to ocean and less than 5 to bus stops that run efficiently in Oahu. ABC store around corner to buy beer or milk or a bag of chips while heading to the beach. Enough towels for our 8 day stay. The mirror on the bathroom door is looking loose on bottom brackets and may fall to floor, the couch though new looking was not super comfortable to sit upright in. Laying across though nap time.

The most incredible thing about this space was the location, literally around the block from all the actions, shops and most importantly beach in Waikiki. The unit was clean and can comfortable accommodate 1-4 people. Public transportation around the corner and tons of food options within walking distance.

It is a very nice apartment with great air conditioning, lots of storage space and lots of power outlets. The apartment is very secure and the help if required is very responsive. On the negative side, I arrived early (7am) and was disappointed there was no storage space to leave my luggage and due to this was forced to carry my luggage around the streets of waikkiki until 3pm. The luggage service suggested did not respond to my email and when I phoned them after arriving at the airport said they were booked out. The wifi didn't work until they come out and fixed it. I notice the wifi password in the app was wrong I would stay again.

This was my second time at Cabana Waikiki. I came back because my first experience was so nice. This time was just as fine. It is a short two blocks from the beach where the Waikiki Wall separates Queen's Beach from the Kuhio Beach swim pools. It has a fully equipped kitchen and is close to Safeway and Foodland grocery stores (less than 2 miles up Kapahulu). Being able to cook for myself was a wonderful money saver. This was my second time at Cabana Waikiki. I came back because my first experience was so nice. This time was just as fine. It is a short two blocks from the beach where the Waikiki Wall separates Queen's Beach from the Kuhio Beach swim pools. It has a fully equipped kitchen and is close to Safeway and Foodland grocery stores (less than 2 miles up Kapahulu). Being able to cook for myself was a wonderful money saver. And there are two Biki bike share stands within two blocks. I did not rent a car and did not feel like I needed one. I am already looking forward to when I can come back and stay again.

The property is as described on the website. Access was easy per check in instructions. Upon entering we found the condo to be clean and well maintained. Bonus was the beach chairs and umbrella that we utilised alot during our 6 day stay. The size of the condo was perfect for myself and 2 sons aged 10 and 12 years. They found the air mattress to be very comfortable and had no complaints. The king sized bed was super comfortable. We booked this condo as it is only 2 streets from the beach and had added bonus of a kitchen to cook our own meals some evenings (perfect for those wanting to save a little $). The area was safe and I felt comfortable walking to nearby restaurants, ABC stores and beach in the evenings with my 2 children. Communication with Management was easy and I found them to be very helpful and quick to respond regarding any questions I had prior to arriving in Honolulu. I would highly recommend this place and would not hesitate to book this condo again in the future. Overall a great stay.

The Property was very clean felt nice and cozy for our stay only issue was no Kleenex in the unit and the outside gate was always open when came home but the inside gates were always locked the unit had everything for the beach which was a block and a half away buses and shuttles were just around the corner to wherever you wanted to go I would stay here again if available.

We spent 2 weeks in Ali'i Beach Rental's condo at "Waikiki at Cabana", which is amazingly located only 2 blocks from the Waikiki Beach. Everything was perfect, from the processing of booking to our arrival, our stay and our check-out. The apartment is just as described online, the photos are very realistic and the equipment offers everything you need. There are even two refrigerators in the kitchen and one at the balcony, enough space to keep everything cool. You have everything you need for cooking (oven and stove, pans and pots, microwave, rice cooker, kettle. coffee maker, blender, toaster...).
There are even more towels provided than just 2, we had around 6 big ones and 4 small ones for showering and even 4 for the Beach. So there's no need to bring your own.
The bed was very comfortable, and the condo was very clean and tidy.
The only thing we had to reclaim was the save, since the battery was low and we couldn't use it. So we immediately contacted Ali'i Beach Rentals via e-mail and 2 days later we had the battery changed.
All in all, it was a very nice stay, we are absolutely happy and would book this condo again!

It was great for my family. My husband and i and my 2 kids stayed for 6 nights and it was perfect! The only thing that we had a slight issue with was the dresser drawers wouldn't open and i couldn't find the extra towels. I called maintenance and they came right way. Over all it was great!

With everyone carry several electronics, the management should add a couple of the outlet taps or power strips so that one is not trying to find plugs for phones, tablets, laptops, etc.. We had also requested beach chairs, but none were included. The app was very helpful, but needs to be updated - the Jimmy Buffet restaurant is no longer open.
