BALCONY SPALLING WORK 2023: Starting 8/10/23 and for about 15 days ending on 8/30/23, the balcony will be closed and all furniture will be removed during the Spaulding work. (Dates are subject to change, and are approximate time frames given by the building manager)

ENHANCED PROTOCOLS : We have revised our protocols to include contactless check-in & check-out, professional EPA approved non-toxic undetectable antimicrobial electrostatic spray treatment which continues to kill newly introduced viruses and germs on surfaces, enhanced cleaning and sanitization, and laundry is professionally cleaned and sanitized off-site.

The Island Colony located at 445 Seaside Ave on the 35th Floor.

- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Our unit was exactly like was shown in the photos.The owner was very generous with the linen, plenty of towels in cupboards. Great position close to shops and bus line. Good view from the patio direct line to Friday nights fireworks. Will stay
there again.

Check in and check out we’re painless and easy. The hotel is close enough to Waikiki and centrally located in Honolulu to do most everything in town without a rental car, the biki bikes and walking are great transportation. The staff was great. The room was clean and organized and had all the amenities we needed to make our own breakfast and lunches. On our 3rd day of our visit we rented a car for the rest of the trip, getting into the parking garage was easy and we never had trouble finding a decent parking spot, of course it did cost $35 a day for overnight parking but for the amount of traveling we got to do on the island it was worth it. Overall a great stay, perfect for couples or single travelers.

Small, good location in walking distance to Waikiki beach, shops, restaurants etc.
it is not a place for tranquil relaxation but it is a tidy little unit with a decent view and located well.
