BALCONY SPALLING WORK 2023: Starting 11/13/23 and for about 15 days ending on 12/11/23, the balcony will be closed and all furnitures will be removed during the Spalling work. (dates subject to change, and are approximate time frame given by the building manager)

ENHANCED PROTOCOLS : We have revised our protocols to include contactless check-in & check-out, professional EPA approved non-toxic undetectable antimicrobial electrostatic spray treatment which continues to kill newly introduced viruses and germs on surfaces, enhanced cleaning and sanitization, and laundry is professionally cleaned and sanitized off-site.

Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Great clean studio in a fabulous and convenient location. Excellent views of Waikiki (ocean and mountains) from the large lanai. Only suggestion would be to fix or replace the unstable glass coffee table.

The property was an easy walk to Waikiki Beach, eateries and the shopping centre. Having a pool, shop and laundromat on the 6th floor was very helpful also.
We had one little problem which was attended to immediately after I notified the property manager.

Check-in was very smooth. When I said my name at the front desk, I received the door and elevator key immediately after confirmation.
To enter the hotel, you had to touch the key in front of the door and there was a security guard inside 24 hours a day. Also, when you get on the elevator, you need to touch the key to get on.
I think the security is perfect.
I was able to open the room key with the number I emailed to you earlier.
The room was simple and bigger than I expected. Assembling the sofa bed was easy. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can cook simple dishes. I brought rice, noodles, and seasonings, so I bought only meat, vegetables, and fruits and made them morning, noon, and night. The cost of food was much cheaper.
In the shower, a large amount of hot water comes out and immediately accumulates in the bathtub. The toilet flowed well and there was no particular problem.
The lanai was large and the view from the 43rd floor was great. The deep blue sea on the left, skyscrapers in front, canals and beautiful mountains on the right. Especially the night view was very nice and the windows and curtains of the room were always open. Friday's fireworks were perfectly visible.
The location was very convenient to go to Ala Moana and Kahala in 4.5 minutes to the Kuhio Road bus stop. The trolley stop was also located near the bus stop.
There are many supermarkets nearby, so it is very convenient for shopping for ingredients. Royal Hawaiian Center is also 7.8 minutes away. I went to the beach in my swimsuit.
We had a great time for 11 days.
Check-out was very smooth just by returning the key.
I would definitely stay here again. Maharo

Stayed for the month of Feb and unit was perfect for one person. As a solo female traveler, I appreciated the building security - you can't get in the elevator without a key fob and there is security in the lobby 24hrs. This unit has a perfect view of the Hilton fireworks show. Towels were fluffy, bed was comfortable, unit was as pictured. Enjoyed the gym which is small but hardly ever saw anyone else in it. Lobby level cafe was good and v reasonably priced.

Great Waikiki location, 5 minutes from the best part of Waikiki beach. Little cozy studio with all necessary amenities sans washer/dryer (you have them in the common area on the 6th floor together with pool, spa, BBQ grills, and gym). But there are lots of properties available there. What makes this one stand out is the 43th floor, the tallest possible location in Waikiki. You have million dollar views from the balcony! Oh, and if you have a car, easy parking is available there for $35/night.

Perfect location for a vacation to Waikiki. The view from the 43rd floor allows for views of the city, mountains, and ocean. The beach is 2.5 blocks away and there's plenty to eat, see, and do. The rental was exactly what we needed for the two of us. We would rent here again.

Super close to everything with breath taking views of the city. Always a rainbow in view and walking distance to the beach (5 minutes or less). If I ever come back I’ll stay here again!
