Overall the place was in very good condition with lots of beach gear, chairs with built in coolers, snorkle gear, umbrellas, beach towels, and carts to carry everything. The only problem we had was when we were leaving and the elevator wasnt working and we had to carry all of our luggage down 8 flights of stairs. GREAT shave ice place on premises and a short 5 minute walk to the beach. Would have been nice to get a little refund for the elevator inconvenience though.

We had a great stay at this condo. Roomy, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The location is fantastic; central to Waikiki and walking distance to beaches, restaurants and shopping.

Using the app was very helpful, it made the checking in process very easy. The checking out process wasn't as clear but in the end the app was a great addition to the stay. The amenities like the beach tower and beach chairs were a huge plus. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect size for 2 adults and 2 kids. Location is perfect and we walked everywhere, had a car rental place right across the street that we used for 2 days and could park in their lot for free! Shaved ice cream shot on lobby floor of our building for the kids! Plenty of food options and variety of beaches all within walking distance! Uber drivers were quick, laundry room was super clean too. Condo shower is a bit tiny but overall, a perfect stay and place, highly recommend and will definitely be returning! Mahalo! Thank you!

This cute 1-bedroom condo is in the perfect location, near the beach and shopping. The kitchen is beautiful, bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is a little small, but has all the necessities. Every item needed for the beach--chairs, umbrella, cooler, blue ice, etc-- was also there. I wish we could have stayed longer.

the unit was small but very convenient to downtown and the beach. We enjoyed the beach and pickup for tours was great. The unit was clean and comfortable. it was easy to find and get the keys. Great unit.

EXCELLENT!!!! Everything was great. The location of this property was in a perfect area. Walking along Kalakaua was an ease. Close to everything! The cleanliness was as good as it gets. Just 1 problem, Parking was not so easy to find. But overall, I would stay at this property again!! Thank you it was just so enjoyable.

Great condo in beach walk. A block to the beach, a lot of great restaurants nearby. Condo was equipped with everything we needed. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely recommend!

Affordable and the location is convenient. You are not too far from the Waikiki strip 10 min walk. The only downside no parking and street parking is super limited and rented a moped and had to park 2 blocks away 6 min walk if you have a car not sure where you would park.

Clean, convenient location in Waikiki for 2 people. Well equipped for a short Hawaiian vacation. Comfortable King bed. Would only recommend for 2 people as sofa bed very hard. Great communication and security.

I get that this is a great location and for that, I really liked the stay and it was very clean. It was much smaller then it seems in pictures but still good for HI. My biggest issue was that someone in the unit above was smoking then the smell would leak into our room also they were doing construction to the unit right next to ours? one reason I picked this unit was that I could work from it then loud construction was hard during some of my calls. Lastly, I emailed the property managers to let them know. They didn't even respond to my emails ever after sending follow ups.

This was our 1st time in Hawaii as well as my 1st time using a 3rd party rental site. This property and company did not disappoint! Very close to the beach. Nice, spacious condo. Extremely clean! It was everything the pics said it would be. Full kitchen...nice bedroom & living room areas. My only 2 tiny complaints are the bathroom was a little on the small size for our big. TX bodies. lol And, really wish the unit had parking included. The check-in & out instructions were clear & concise. The company answered ALL my questions before, during & after the trip promptly. They even provided suggestions along the way. The app they use was so awesome! Super easy to use & communicate with the hosts. I mean we were so busy that we only slept & showered in the condo but wish we would've relaxed more. :-) If you're looking for a great property, check them out. They have many, many more properties! Overall, we had an amazing time and have already booked to return next year! ;-)

This apartment has a great location (short walk to the beach and everything you need) and is spacious, very clean and newly refurbished. The rental agency was really responsive and helpful when we were missing a key kitchen item. Only one issue we had in an otherwise perfect stay is that the outdoor lights really come through the bedroom curtains all night making it hard for sleep if you’re sensitive to light.
