Cabana at Waikiki sits in a less traveled area off Kapahulu Avenue, just a block from the world famous Waikiki Beach. The greatest thing about this property is that you feel as though you are out of the hustle and bustle of Waikiki yet are but a short stroll from popular restaurants, amazing shopping, white sand beaches, and vibrant nightlife. Not to mention the lush green Kapiolani Park and Honolulu Zoo are just around the corner! The Cabana At Waikiki is the ideal choice for your tropical Hawaiian getaway.

This condo is also furnished with a fully equipped kitchen ready to cook and eat. Feedback from our guests show that this is one of the best ways to take control of your vacation budget! Preparing meals instead of eating out three times a day can save an average of $100 a day per couple. This is a must for the budget minded traveler. Coin operated washers and dryers are available.
Sleeping arrangements are convenient with a king bed in the bedroom, sofa bed and a high quality air mattress that can be placed on the floor in the living room.
NO ELEVATORS: Make sure everyone in your party is able to go up and down steps. This unit is on the 2nd floor. Also, this is a legal one bedroom condo because of its size and full kitchen, however it does not have a wall. There are doors that separates the bedroom from the living room.
NO PARKING: Public transportation is very convenient and walking distance to shops and restaurants in the area.

It is a very nice apartment with great air conditioning, lots of storage space and lots of power outlets. The apartment is very secure and the help if required is very responsive. On the negative side, I arrived early (7am) and was disappointed there was no storage space to leave my luggage and due to this was forced to carry my luggage around the streets of waikkiki until 3pm. The luggage service suggested did not respond to my email and when I phoned them after arriving at the airport said they were booked out. The wifi didn't work until they come out and fixed it. I notice the wifi password in the app was wrong I would stay again.
So sorry about the luggage issue. Had you informed us we would have had you leave your luggage at our office for the day while the room was being prepared. This was my second time at Cabana Waikiki. I came back because my first experience was so nice. This time was just as fine. It is a short two blocks from the beach where the Waikiki Wall separates Queen's Beach from the Kuhio Beach swim pools. It has a fully equipped kitchen and is close to Safeway and Foodland grocery stores (less than 2 miles up Kapahulu). Being able to cook for myself was a wonderful money saver. And there are two Biki bike share stands within two blocks. I did not rent a car and did not feel like I needed one. I am already looking forward to when I can come back and stay again.

The property is as described on the website. Access was easy per check in instructions. Upon entering we found the condo to be clean and well maintained. Bonus was the beach chairs and umbrella that we utilised alot during our 6 day stay. The size of the condo was perfect for myself and 2 sons aged 10 and 12 years. They found the air mattress to be very comfortable and had no complaints. The king sized bed was super comfortable. We booked this condo as it is only 2 streets from the beach and had added bonus of a kitchen to cook our own meals some evenings (perfect for those wanting to save a little $). The area was safe and I felt comfortable walking to nearby restaurants, ABC stores and beach in the evenings with my 2 children. Communication with Management was easy and I found them to be very helpful and quick to respond regarding any questions I had prior to arriving in Honolulu. I would highly recommend this place and would not hesitate to book this condo again in the future. Overall a great stay.
