****On behalf of Aqua-Aston Hospitality I’m writing to inform you that renovation of the units in the Aqua Palms Waikiki
rental program for the 7th floor will commence on February 20, 2020. We anticipate the renovation process to take
approximately four (4) to five (5) weeks per floor. As a cautionary note, there could be contributing factors beyond
our control that may cause a delay in completing the renovation within this timeframe but we will endeavor to keep
to our schedule.
There should not be any disruption on the floors. The renovation consists of painting the units and replacing all the
case goods and flooring. Noise levels will be at a minimum.
