ENHANCED PROTOCOLS : We have revised our protocols to include professional EPA approved non-toxic undetectable antimicrobial electrostatic spray treatment which continues to kill newly introduced viruses and germs on surfaces, 24-hour holds in between each reservation for enhanced cleaning and sanitization, and laundry is professionally cleaned and sanitized off-site.
This 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom condo is an end unit where the owner just refreshed the condo with fresh paint and furniture. Condo comes with a full modern kitchen, a/c in bedroom, large lanai, and did we mention the view? Being an end unit, our guest will soak in a 180 degree view starting from the Ko'olau Mountains and merging into the deep Pacific Blue Ocean! Feel at home with HD cable TV, FREE high speed internet and but its on the edge of Waikiki & Ala Wai making it more secluded but close enough to be experience Waikiki's "City Life." It is a short 5 minute walk to the world famous Waikiki Beach. (NO a/c in living room, bedroom ONLY!!)
The location is perfect (445 Seaside Avenue)! Walk to the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center in about 5 minutes and the newly renovated International Marketplace in about 5-7 minutes. All of Waikiki's best beaches are just a few minutes walk away!
Take a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool, or relax in the sauna and jet spa. Have a quick workout in the gym before you swim too!
Experience the fun and sun, the food and nightlife, and “The View” with much Aloha here at the Island Colony.
The sleeping arrangements are convenient with a Queen in bedroom and 2 sofa sleepers for an additional guest. There is a big a/c in bedroom, that could cool the entire condo, but there is NO a/c unit in living room.

The property description was accurate. We enjoyed our stay and location close to Waikiki beach!Very nice view from all windows! Please note the parking is available in the building itself for a $35 per day, also there is a small parking lot behind the building which will cost $18 for 24hrs, free street parking is very challenging in Waikiki area. Laundry room is available in the building and costs $1.75 for washing and $1.00 for drying. The mini mart on the 6th floor is very convenient to buy small essentials and snacks and have very reasonable pricing. Host might consider adding one more set of sheets for the second sofa.

This was an easy rental experience. We received emails prior to arriving with detailed information about our rental and how to check in. The apartment itself was very nice and had awesome views.
The parking situation, or lack thereof, is an island wide problem but we chose to stay in the parking garage each of the nights we were there for $30.00. Although the emails did state that free parking was not available, for someone coming from another state and not knowing the situation firsthand, a more detailed situation about where there WAS parking would have been helpful.
My only criticism is the staff in the lobby and security were less than friendly and most were not helpful, especially the ones in the parking garage booth.
