Ali’i Beach Rentals manages the entire property so there are 6 identical fully furnished stylish one bedroom condos and 1 classic studio available.
“Elegantly affordable” is the best way to describe a Royal Moana condo. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, marble floors and tasteful wood furnishings.
The sleeping arrangements are very convenient with a queen bed in the bedroom along with a trundle day bed which has two twin sized mattresses. Leave the bedroom pocket doors open for extra space or shut them for a private bedroom.
NO ELEVATORS: Make sure everyone in your party is able to go up and down steps. This unit is on the 3rd floor.
NO PARKING: Public transportation is very convenient and walking distance to shops and restaurants in the area.
There is a paid parking structure within walking distance from the condo, just a few minutes away at the Waikiki Banyan.

24-Hour Rate (Daily): $20.00
Weekly Rate (7-Days): $80.00
Monthly Rate (Calendar): $180.00 available at the security office

Convenient location, just off the main road of Kūhiō. Easy walking distance to main Waikiki Beach; plenty of eating places and access to public transport. Well set up kitchen. Spacious living area. Little noisy in morning whilst maintenance underway but always clean and tidy each day.

I really like the location. It is three blocks away from Waikiki beach. there is a small store right next to the building. It has everything you need to cook.
