Located at 247 Beachwalk, this charming building sits off the beaten path yet a close walk to everything you could want while on vacation! The Niihau in Waikiki sits in a less traveled area off of Kalia Rd near Fort. DeRussy, just a block from the world famous Waikiki Beach. The greatest thing about this property is that you feel as though you are in the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, yet are in your own quiet oasis that is just a short stroll from popular restaurants, amazing shopping, white sand beaches, and vibrant nightlife. You are also super close to the Hilton Lagoon for Friday night Fireworks! The Niihau in Waikiki is the ideal choice for your tropical Hawaiian getaway.
This particular condo has been nicely upgraded. Tasteful modern and stone finishes were just added at the condo. Let the fresh tropical inspired décor whisk you away to a place where the worries of life are left far behind. We have gone to great lengths to make sure this is truly your home away from home.
This condo is also furnished with a fully equipped kitchen ready for you to cook and save money on meals! Feedback from our guests show that this is one of the best ways to take control of your vacation budget! Preparing meals instead of eating out three times a day can save an average of $100 a day per couple. This is a must for the budget minded traveler. Coin operated washers and dryers are available on the 2nd floor or you can use their app.
Sleeping arrangements are convenient with a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Window A/C is in the living room only, the bedroom has a ceiling fan and tower fan for extra air flow.
NO PARKING: Public transportation is very convenient and walking distance to shops and restaurants in the area.
If you plan on renting a car, you can use the Hale Koa Saratoga parking lot, which is on the other side of the street directly across the Trump tower and the Fort De Russy Army Museum. Parking rates are posted, but if you are planning on using the parking for an extended stay then a monthly parking pass may be purchased in person at the Hale Koa Parking Garage office located at 2055 Kalia Rd. Office hours are Mon-Thurs 10 am – 6 pm and Fri- Sun 9 am – 5 pm. For questions please contact them directly at Currently, they offer hourly rates at the gate not to exceed $72 for a 24 hour period or the monthly pass which will cost about $170 and is unlimited access for up 30 days. We encourage our guests staying over 3 nights to get a monthly pass as the daily breakdown works out cheaper than other options. Or if that lot is full, you can also park at the King Kalakaua Plaza they have hourly and daily rates starting at 7$ for 2 hours or 24 hours for $24.00. The parking garage entrance is on Kalaimoku Street.

This apartment has a great location (short walk to the beach and everything you need) and is spacious, very clean and newly refurbished. The rental agency was really responsive and helpful when we were missing a key kitchen item. Only one issue we had in an otherwise perfect stay is that the outdoor lights really come through the bedroom curtains all night making it hard for sleep if you’re sensitive to light.
