- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Incredible unobstructed view of Waikiki. Building is older, needs some painting in the hallways. Good services including a small restaurant and a little general store in the building. Biki bike rental near by and onsite cheap laundry!

Loved our stay at this Island Colony unit. The view from the lanai is breathtaking and inspired us to do the hike up to Diamond Head (which I highly recommend). We were not expecting to use the pool because Waikiki Beach was only 3 blocks away, but we ended up going to the pool and hot tub daily because both are large and very well maintained. The store on the 6th floor and diner in the lobby were also really convenient. The kitchen area is quite small, so not recommended for big-meal production, but was useful in that we did not need to eat out every meal in expensive Waikiki. Alii Beach Rental customer service staff was helpful and quick to reply whenever I contacted them during our stay.

We loved our stay here. It was great to be so close to downtown and all the places to eat. It did cost an extra 35 bucks to park. Other than that we loved everything about the view and stay
