Rare and VERY LARGE 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom w/ Vinyl New Flooring & Furniture! Bedroom offers 2 Full Size beds and there is a sleeper sofa in living room! Off the beaten path (yet close walk to everything), this ocean view condo is where you want to be! A view that looks out past Ala Moana and West for postcard sunsets in this amazing suite!! Feel at home with central a/c, cable TV, and FREE high speed internet! It is a short yet beautiful 10 minute walk to the world famous Waikiki Beach.

Ali'i Beach Rentals guests who stay at the Royal Garden at Waikiki, which is a Wyndham property, are invited to take advantage of the fitness center, relax at the outdoor pool & garden area after a full day of playing in paradise. Free use of the laundry room is also part of the package. Daily housekeeping is not included.

The Royal Garden is located at 440 Olohana St., walking distance to everything. You're a mere stroll to Luxury Row on the Waikiki "Strip", and the Ala Moana Shopping Center or Hawaii Convention center is in walking distance. Lounge around and enjoy the panoramic ocean views, walk down the street to your favorite Waikiki restaurant, or spend a lazy afternoon just lounging on the beach. This location has it all!

Clean nice and convenient. Close to the beach and stores. The room was equipped with everything you would need on a vacation from the kitchen to the bathroom would definitely book with this property again.

I visited Hawaii alone with three small kids and every single staff member at the Royal Garden was exceptionally helpful. Ted and Pikake made a life long impression on the four of us! The room was exactly as shown in the photos. Very clean. The hotel in general is absolutely gorgeous and in close proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again! *When you visit, don't forget to save all of your ABC store receipts until the end of your trip ;). THANK YOU ROYAL GARDEN!!!

Family of five, we had a great stay. We had no issues with this place everything was perfect. I will definitely stay here next time in Hawaii. The view was nice and place was clean.

Everything was good, however parking was a joke. To bad you can't work out something with the Wyndham.
