    At Ali’i Beach Rentals, we have developed a technologically advanced, efficient, and effective internet marketing strategy that will increase your bookings and net revenue including third party travel partnerships, return guest advertising, travel site referral advertising, website direct advertising, search engine optimization and marketing, social media, email marketing, banner ads, direct mail and more. Our Reservation team is available 7 days a week to answer calls, respond to inquiries and secure reservations.

    In addition to our marketing strategy, we have many cost-effective ways to provide guests with services that will turn a one-time guest into a loyal customer. Here are a few examples:

    A detailed unit description with professional photos. Friendly and helpful service from our vacation planners and guest relations agents. Post check-out satisfaction survey with rebooking incentives.

    A Rewards program. Integrated guest portal with vacation planning tools for our guests to share booking and travel information and ideas. How do you make sure guests do not damage my property? As an Owner, you want to ensure your property is free from damage and loss, and we take this very seriously. We have a thorough rental contract which we enforce and all bookings have a mandatory damage protection fee included to cover any accidental damages up to $1500. Our guests are also encouraged to purchase additional Travel Insurance with every booking. Though our goal is 0 loss and damage, we do have incidents sometimes. Ali’i Beach Rentals will always step up and take care of the situation to the best of our ability.
