· Master bedroom has new King bed.

Guest bedrooms Queen bed and x Bunk beds (full + twin).

· High-speed fiber Internet in all rooms.

· Hotel-grade towels and bed sheets.

· Kitchen: Fully equipped with brand new appliances and full sets of cooking essentials (utensils, pots, pans, silverware, knives, bowls, baking pans, coffee maker, blender, rice maker, tea kettle, etc.)

· Laundry: Wash and Dryer in the garage.

· Parking: 2 standard-sized cars in the garage, NO parking on the street or road.

· Quiet Time: between 9:00 pm – 8:00 am. This is a residential community. Please be respectful of neighbors. No parties, events, or large gatherings.

· Self-check-in via Smart Lock. Separate lockbox for emergency access.

· Guests have access to the entire house and the private backyard.

· Please be aware of the ongoing construction in this community during workdays.

· For our out-of-town guests, we are 14 miles away from Kapolei (Costco, Target, shopping malls). It is recommended to have a rental car for easier and more timely travel.

** Access to the community clubhouse, pool, hot tub, and gym will be available in late Spring or Summer 2024.

Ali’i Beach Rentals is a full-service professional vacation rental company. We have our own in-house maintenance, cleaning team, and professional property managers who are available by phone 24/7 in case of emergencies.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. It was a little far from most of the tourist activities but still worth it. I would definitely stay there again.

Was a recent build. Has been fully stocked with all needs. Very comfortable and thoughtful arrangement. Everything worked wonderfully. I loved the yard and all the beautiful birds and the views.
