4/5/2024: Waikiki Sunset is undergoing an air conditioning maintenance project from April 22, 2024 through May 2025. Visible construction work around the property and some intermitten noise is expected. No work will be done within occupied condos. For all projects, work hours will be restricted to 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The condo itself was fantastic, well equipped, clean, and great views. The only complaints we have are the buildings fire alarm went off on 2 separate nights (obviously false alarms) and the excessive wait time for the elevators. Overall it was a great stay, would definitely recommend.

Everything from booking online to entering the condo was seamless! Condo was well equip with everything you will need for your stay. The views were also good. Bed was comfortable and condo was nice and clean.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was easy to get in and the place was nice, clean, and comfortable. The bed was great! We loved having a parking spot. I utilized the gym a couple times. The pool was great. The location is wonderful, just a block and a half away from the beach. We absolutely loved our stay here.

Our stay here was very comfortable and clean. I loved the king bed! They provided everything listed and there’s even some extra beach supplies in the closet. Check in was easy and simple. We loved the free parking. We loved the view. The pool was nice for our little ones. The beach is just a couple blocks away, an easy walk. We loved having restaurants and stores so close by. We would definitely stay here again. The power was out for specified days but they let us know in advance, they compensated us, and we were able to plan around it so it worked just fine.

This is our second vacation in a condo in Waikiki Sunset and both times were great. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the condo was clean and well appointed. We love the location just short blocks from the beach and a perfect launching point for everything in metro Honolulu. Ali'i Beach Rentals facilitated our booking and it could not have been easier or gone smoother. We look forward to our next visit and will definitely be staying there again. Mahalo!

We had a very nice stay at this condo. There were plenty of amenities to stay short-term or long-term. The only issue that we had was the door key pad stopped working around 9:00am on checkout day (Checkout agreement was 10:30am). Although we got to the condo early on check-in day we honored the agreement by not to entering the condo before 3:00pm. We were a little disappointed that the same consideration was not extended to us on checkout.

This condo was in the perfect location, very clean and was equipped with everything. Ali'i Beach rental was easy to get a hold of and gave accurate checking in/out instructions. The unit I rented from Ali'i beach rentals was clean, roomy, in a great location, and stocked with everything you could need. It was a short walk to beach, shops, restaurants and bus stops, plus free parking for my rental car. My vacation plans had a few glitches and the people in the office were very helpful and flexible with accommodating the changes. I've rented from Ali'i Beach rentals before and definitely will again.

The staff at Ali'i Beach Rental are SO helpful, and so nice to deal with! The apartment was clean and had everything you could ask for (tons of pillow and kitchen and beach stuff) and was a short walk from bus, shopping, restaurants and the beach. I highly recommend this place for staying in Waikiki!

Overall the unit was as we expected. Great location and very easy to use. They could have notified us that the building was under renovations. They were doing drywall and painting of most of the floors, including ours. There was also fire alarms randomly going off.

I loved the location and the spectacular views of Diamond Head and the ocean from the Waikiki Sunset and have stayed here a couple times before, although not always in this unit. Everything in this unit was updated a year ago except for the furniture. It was extremely clean and the king size bed is super comfortable. If I had any questions or issues they were rectified instantly with a simple email or phone call.

The free parking; the ease of getting in and out of the parking garage plus the number of open spaces to choose from was excellent.

I hated to leave and wish I could have stayed longer; will return again and would definitely book this unit. Mahalo!
