Ali'i Beach Rentals opened in 2004 with a small handful of Oahu condos and a simple conviction: visitors deserved an honest alternative to a hotel room, and homeowners deserved a manager who treated their property like their own. We never bought our way into this market. We grew because guests came back and then told their friends.
That growth compounded quietly over two decades. One condo became a building. One building became a portfolio.
