We donate gently used linens, blankets, kitchenware and other household items to local homeless communities and non-profits, where these items are repurposed in rehousing projects, helping individuals rebuild their lives. We also ensure that leftover non-perishable food items from our guests are donated to local food banks and homeless shelters, benefiting those in need. Our commitment to environmental sustainability is reflected in our transition to electronic systems, which has reduced our paper waste by 90%, and our switch from plastic water bottles to 100% Recyclable and Sustainable Aloha Box Water for guest welcome amenities, eliminating over 12,000 plastic bottles each year.

Reasonable Management Comissions
We know a reasonable management commission is important for your investment. Our management fees are highly competitive, especially for the level of service we provide. However, the Management fee varies per property, so please give us a call at 1-800-651-5657 ext. 4 so we can set up an appointment to discuss it further or fill out the contact form above.

Secure Owner Portal
Our owners have access to a secure owner portal where they can view their owner statements, upcoming reservations on their calendar and can book their own stay in their property. Our owners are also emailed a detailed owner statement each month so they can view their income for that month. We charge the GET and TAT to the guest on top of the rent and file the appropriate taxes for our owners each month. We file the GET and TAT on behalf of the owner at no cost, and Cleaning Fees are charged to the guests. The only cleaning fee we would charge is if you were to use your vacation rental for personal use. If you are shopping around for a property manager, you should be asking them if they are providing this service.
