-Bed linens (including one set of linens and one blanket for each bed), bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen towels
-Dishes, silverware, and cookware (including a coffee maker, tea kettle, rice cooker, and blender)
-Pack-n-Play, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board
-Starter condo supplies, including dish soap, dish sponge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper towel, and toilet paper (guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay)
CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Expectations were met during our 6 night stay (2 adults, 2 kids). Unit is very functional, uncluttered and relatively modern. A/C works very well. Loved hanging out in the unit between outside activities. Good line-up of beach-loaner stuff too. The building/grounds are out of time-capsule of sort, but for those old enough to remember the good-ole-days, it’s a characteristic we enjoyed.

The penthouse is nice, but there's not enough outlet to charge our phones in both bedrooms. We have to charge our phones and electronics in the kitchen and living room.

We stayed 6 days in this condo and it was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to Waikiki but far enough removed. Lagoon and ocean so close. Condo itself was beautiful. The host was la pleasure to deal with. Already planning our next getaway.

Condo was spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable and lots of pillows. View from the windows was prefect view of the lagoon and the ocean. This building was busy but quite quiet. Sure beat the space for a room next door at the Hilton.

We've stayed at the Ilikai a few times now, and always like the location near the marina, lagoon and the ocean. This time, we went for the Penthouse which was a great condo, except that there is no real balcony to sit out on and look at the water. Every other time we stayed there, we were able to sit out and drink coffee in the morning and maybe a drink at night and look out.
Add the oceans and things. Other than that, it was a very nice condo, very well equipped, very clean and a nice location.

Nice penthouse condo. Main Living area much larger than expected. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels for all. With being a penthouse the balcony is not large enough to sit outside. Probably time for some repainting but totally worth the cost. Very convenient. Able to find parking close for less than the $45+ hotel parking fees. Easy walk to beach, stores & restaurants. Rental company very quick to respond.

This condo was represented honestly in the photos. It was spotlessly clean, and decorated tastefully. View was fantastic! Check in & out was very simple. Appreciated the beach towels & umbrella provided. Beds were comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay & would definitely recommend to others. Just a couple of very minor things to improve the condo:
- couch has some spots that can probably be cleaned easily
- some scuff marks on one of the walls in the master bedroom near the doorway, that can probably be cleaned off or painted over.
- baseboards need to be finished painting in master bathroom
Again, very minor, and did not take away from our stay at all. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I would definitely recommend to others without hesitation. We have rented many condos in Oahu, and this is the best one yet! This is our 2nd Alii rental, and have been satisfied with each stay!

The unit was very nice and clean. Walk downstairs and you're at a public sand beach and it's not as busy as Waikiki beach. Location is convenient. Only valet parking is available and it's $35/day. The only thing we hope to see improvement is to have more supplies provided, like kitchen foil/saran wrap, laundry detergent, etc, because it's difficult to buy small portions and I don't think anyone would pack those when travel. Also, air conditioner didn't cool down the unit one morning when the weather was in the 80's.

The apartment is exactly as described in the listing. Clean, has most of the basics you'd need. Slept 5 very comfortably.
The place was a bit weird about parking (originally it was included, then they told me it wasn't, but we ended up able to park at the hotel without issue).

We absolutely loved this rental. There was enough space for our party of 7. Super clean, well furnished. We were able to cook in the fully equipped kitchen. The view is astonishing and the location is also great. Will definitely stay again!

Great location. The living room is spacious. The second bedroom is tight but there was enough space in the living room that we could keep a suitcase in the living room with no problem. Bed in master was comfortable. The other beds my children said were not quite as comfortable but they didn't have trouble sleeping. We would stay here again!

The location and unit itself was gorgeous. The unit was furnished beautifully. The view was incredible! Very easy to find within the hotel. A few minor call outs. The wifi never worked and when asked about it, I was told to unplug the modem, that didn’t work either so I had to use my internet the whole stay. The dryer was also a pain. We weren’t aware that you have to remove the water that is absorbed, otherwise your clothes will not dry. This was a big pain. Lastly, the refrigerator was alerting us to replace the water filter. I feel like this should have been done before we arrived. Despite these things, I would be happy to return and recommend this stay to anyone.

The condo is amazing. Centrally located and right on the beach. Very clean and filled with everything you need to make it a home. Communication with the property manager was easy with VERY fast responses.
