We had a great holiday at the is a fantastic complex with excellent staff.The apartment 2302 we stayed in was good although the furnishings could do with an upgrade.The Alii Beach rentals are a 1st class company that we will use again

Ali'i Beach Rentals is terrific--very nice people, easy to communicate with, responsive, and accommodating. Johnna and her associates in the office took care of everything for me, and the three guys in the maintenance crew: Rington, Ashton, and Mike were all great. Each one helped me with things I requested and needed. They were quick, efficient and very friendly. Ali'i went above and beyond expectations! The unit is very nice, well-furnished, comfortable, and has an amazing view. The Watermark is a first-class property-- well-run, beautifully maintained, outstanding pool and garden area, nice staff and residents, and the location is quiet.

We have been staying at the Watermark since 2012 because it is well kept, is in a great location and is overall a well run condo. Our stay this past year in Apt. 2302 was very pleasing. The unit was very clean and brightly lit. The only flaw was the 2 sofas in the living room that open into,beds. They were quite uncomfortable to sit on but everything else including the beds were just fine. We would be happy to stay in this unit again. In fact we did inquire about renting it again for 2024 but it was already rented for the time we would have wanted. This was our second year renting with Ali and found your company to be completely professional and easy to deal with.
