Our stay with Ali'i Beach Rentals was wonderful from start to finish. Their team was incredibly attentive, responsive, and made sure everything was ready and comfortable upon arrival. Anytime we had a small issue or question, they responded quickly and professionally, which made our month-long stay stress-free.The home itself is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed. As soon as you arrive, you’re welcomed by a large driveway, which was perfect for our oversized rental van. Accessibility was a major bonus for our family, and we appreciated that the home was a single-level bungalow/rancher, making it ideal for those with mobility concerns.Inside, the home is filled with gorgeous Hawaiian artwork and vintage framed photos showcasing historical moments in Hawaii, which added so much character and warmth throughout the space.The backyard was one of our favorite features. The large heated saltwater pool was amazing, and we loved relaxing by the built-in rock waterfall each morning while enjoying the sunshine. The outdoor loungers and seating areas were stylish and comfortable, and the mounted outdoor TV was such a fun touch — we enjoyed listening to music and watching shows from the pool. They even had swim accessories available for our toddler, which was a thoughtful bonus for families with children. The second outdoor fridge was also incredibly convenient for storing extra drinks and groceries during our extended stay.A few small improvements could make the outdoor space even better. There were quite a few mosquitoes during our stay, and the backyard lighting felt a little dim at night. A fire pit would also be an amazing addition to the space.Inside the home, the formal sitting room near the entrance is absolutely stunning, although our family mostly spent time in the kitchen and living area together watching TV. The couches there were softer and more sunken than we personally prefer, but the satellite TV selection was excellent, especially for my father-in-law who enjoyed keeping up with his favorite shows while away from home.The kitchen was fully equipped and made cooking meals every day very easy. It had all the necessary pots, pans, and kitchen accessories we needed. When we mentioned that the blender wasn’t working well, the rental company replaced it almost immediately, which really reflected their excellent customer service. Guests should note that while the kitchen is well stocked with equipment, you’ll need to purchase your own spices, seasonings, and food items. There were several coffee-making options available, though we personally would have loved a simple Keurig or Nespresso machine. There is also no electric kettle, so water needs to be boiled on the stovetop.The bedrooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The beds — mostly California kings, except for one room with two doubles — were excellent, and there was plenty of storage space for luggage and clothing during our month-long stay. The primary bedroom and ensuite bathroom were especially impressive: spacious, accessible, beautifully designed, and complete with a large TV and sitting area that made it feel extra luxurious.Having air conditioning in every room was another huge bonus. We also appreciated how quickly Ali’i Beach Rentals handled any concerns during our stay, including replacing burnt-out lights, changing a fire alarm battery, troubleshooting a temporary pool heating issue, and responding immediately when we noticed a cockroach (which can be common in tropical climates). They even arranged for an exterminator to come the very next morning, less than 8 hours later.The location is close to 2 Hawaiian grocery stores called Foodland. We also were always 10-15 mins away from all the local farmers markets, beaches, shopping mall, and museums. Overall, this home was beautiful, spacious, family-friendly, and highly accessible. Combined with the outstanding responsiveness and care from Ali’i Beach Rentals, it made for a memorable and relaxing Hawaii vacation. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Waialae Golf Estates. The house was immaculately cleaned inside, nicely decorated and furnished. Very comfortable. The pool was outstanding and the waterfall feature a treat. Only issues were a slight lack of privacy from the golf course and uncertainty of gardeners schedule. Would stay here again. Ali'i Beach Rentals very accommodating, responsive and professional.

Our family stayed in this luxurious house for a month and had a very comfortable and wonderful stay.The location was convenient and we were able to enjoy Honolulu. The home is very big in size and perfect for our big family. Also, very clean and in good shape and even if there were any problems the management staff always responded promptly to our request . We would definitely like to stay again.

This home is beautiful! The location was perfect and convenient. When we arrived the house was professionally cleaned. It was stocked with almost everything you could think of. Property managers were prompt in answering all our questions via text during our stay. The pool is amazing! Our kids spent all day out there! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!!

The beautiful house was perfectly prepared. Alii beach rentals did an amazing job. Everything was clean, nicely decorated and we felt at being home. The house offers a lot of luxury. The beds are very comfortable and the hole location offers a lot of space. The house is old, but Alii beach rentals renovated it very nicely. Once we had a complaint about the TV, it was completely replaced within a few hours. We are extremely pleased with our stay and the service provided by Alii beach rentals and we love to come back next year.
