NOTE: This is a legal one bedroom condo because of its size and full kitchen, however it does not have a wall and door that separates the bedroom from the living room. There is NO PARKING and NO POOL.

Although there is NO POOL at this location, you do have the gorgeous beach at your doorstep

ALI'I BEACH RENTALS INCLUDE:
- Beach chairs, Boogie Board & Cooler
- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels
- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Ali’i Beach Rentals is a full-service professional vacation rental company. We have our own in house maintenance, cleaning team, and professional property managers located in our Waikiki office who are available by phone 24/7 in case of emergencies.

We have been to Hawaii 13 times and this was the best place we have ever stayed. We loved the comfort of the condo, the view, the park and the beach. It was very quiet, the staff were kind and not disturbing. There is no parking so budget for that, we parked at the post office just up the street for 50.00 a day.

We stayed with 4 people including 2 small children.The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped with towels, cutlery, etc. The washer/dryer in the room was very useful. The location was great and
we even got to see the Hilton fireworks from our room on Friday night.

Place had a great view of the ocean and perfect spot for the Friday night fireworks. Was nice to walk out to the beach. Place was spacious and furniture comfortable.
