Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Ali'i Beach Rentals Include:
- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels
- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

NO elevators: Make sure everyone in your party is able to go up and down stairs. This unit is on the 2nd floor. Also, this is a legal one bedroom condo because of its size and full kitchen. There is a door that separates the bedroom from the living room.

NO parking: Public transportation is very convenient and walking distance to shops and restaurants in the area. (NO pool, NO parking and NO elevators)

Ali’i Beach Rentals is a full-service professional vacation rental company. We have our own in house maintenance, cleaning team, and professional property managers located in our Waikiki office who are available by phone 24/7 in case of emergencies.

Might stay in. Waikiki was amazing but Airbnb’s that I stayed in was great. Have a great location to the beach and restaurants very comfortable and clean.

We had a blast staying at the Cabana Waikiki #202. The condo was clean and air conditioning worked great! I would reserve again next time I’m in Waikiki.

Loved the location of the condo. its literally 2 minutes away from the beach. Everything is close by and it was way cheaper than reserving a hotel. The place was very clean, neat, and it was perfect for a small family or for a couple. If I ever come back to Hawaii, I will totally get this place again!

Really nice, clean place to stay for the price. Great location too with easy check in.

It worked well for our family of 4. Kids loved the shower. Kitchen was well equipped. Close to the zoo and beach and easy to walk everywhere. The only issue was the gate at the front was rarely closed.

Nice was just right for 3 of us. It was clean and close to everything. The beach was just a short walk and literally everything was within walking distance. The food trucks was a pleasant surprise if you didn't feel like goin out and wanted a quick snack. There was nothing we didn't like about this stay. Would definitely stay again

First time visiting the Waikiki area and loved it! My husband loved the location and convenience of close restaurants and food trucks nearby when wanting to grab a quick bite. Quiet area and the bed was VERY comfortable! Which was a plus after spending the day out and about. Recommend it and would def book again! Mahalo!!

This cabana was perfect for me and my wife! Great location, easy access to the beach. Only real issue is no parking at the cabana so you have to park at a hotel a few blocks away. Not a big deal. We didn't want to spend $1000's of dollars on a resort and feel like we had to stay on property to make the most of the money we spent. This cabana was priced perfectly and had a full kitchen so we were able to put our money towards actually doing activities on the island!

The apartment was clean and cozy and the location is convenient to get to the beach and around town. It got everything it listed. I especially appreciated it provided extra sets of towels since we stayed for 8 nights. The only thing it would improve the aesthetic is to replace the bathroom door which looked worn and old compared to the rest of the remodeled unit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cabana Waikiki. The location is great, only a couple minute walk to the beach and the main strip of Waikiki. The unit was well equipped and clean when we arrived. The property manager got back to us very quickly for the couple questions and requests that we had. The unit is actually quite roomy for two people and has a good layout. Perhaps our only suggestion is that it looked a little tired, which a coat of paint could easily fix up.

The stay was absolutely incredible. The place was clean, close by everything we needed and safe. The building was easy to find and access. The air conditioning was great inside the room along with great essentials needed in the kitchen area. Very very pleased with location and spot.

We really enjoyed our stay and so many small details had been thought of and made the stay very welcoming. It was extremely comfortable and clean and we wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommended and comfortable for long stays. Excellent location.

It was comfortable. Neighbors somewhere around the unit were (twice during the week) having loud domestic issues which woke us up. Otherwise, pretty good.

Close to the beach and plenty of parking close to the area. Some of the light in the kitchen won’t turn on. Probably more bathroom soap for guest stay longer! Other than that all great!

This property was located less than a block off of the strip in Waikiki. It was convenient for shopping and beach time and restaurants. Our traveling companions had a parking spot with their condo on this property, so we did have a rental car when we wanted to get out of Waikiki. The condo was clean, simple and comfortable. We only cooked breakfast in the kitchen, but the mini stove worked just fine. Our one complaint was that the hot water wasn't as hot as we would like, but it was still warm. We also used the coin op washer and dryer on site and they worked well.
