One of the newest building in Waikiki is The Cove Waikiki. This 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom condo is still pretty much brand new where the designer started with a blank canvas and added all the modern touches you can feel from the flooring to the furniture. There is a full modern kitchen, and FREE parking stall! The Cove Waikiki features a number of modern amenities, including a resident pool, large bay windows, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and much more. Feel at home with a washer/dryer in the condo, a/c, HD cable TV, FREE high speed internet! "The Cove" is on the West edge of Waikiki making it more secluded but close enough to be experience Waikiki's "City Life." It is a short 5 minute walk to the world famous Waikiki Beach.

The Cove Waikiki is located at 1800 Kaio'o Drive, walking distance to the Ala Moana Shopping Center at the west end of Waikiki. The marina is just across the street and Ala Moana Beach Park is but a leisurely stroll away! Those who have experienced "The Cove" rave about the location! This condo is perfectly located on the quiet side of Waikiki where it meets Ala Moana District, yet near enough to catch all the excitement of Waikiki, galleries, and museums. Lounge around and enjoy the panoramic ocean views, walk down the street to your favorite Waikiki restaurant, or spend a lazy afternoon just lounging on the beach. This location has it all!

We have enjoyed our stay at this apartment unit. It is clean and the kitchen is well maintained and stocked with everything we needed. A couple of cookware needs to be replaced. We did not have a car so it was inconvenient to have to pick up the keys from a lock box at another building quite far away.

The Apartment was very good for our stay in Honolulu. It's near the beach and also near the Ala Moana Center! There are also two bus stops near the Apartment. The Apartment was clean and also comfy. The kitchen is very big. I would recommend this apartment to my friends! :)

The Cove was a nearly perfect location for a month of working and vacationing. With a good internet connection and pool view, I was able to work remotely with no issues. There is no dedicated workspace, but I was comfortable sitting on the floor.
After work, my family and I were able to visit the beaches and shopping with relative ease. It's about 10-15 min walk to lagoon and nearest beach or the International Marketplace. In the opposite direction, it's about 15 min walk to Ala Moana mall. The zoo and Waiola Shave Ice are ~2 miles away, but in opposite directions. We're used to walking our dogs 3-5 mi/day, so these distances are easily do-able. There are nearby bus and trolley stops.
There are several rental car shops within a 10 minute walk, so we were able to visit the North Shore and Windward side on the weekends.
Our favorite restaurants were Waiola Shave Ice, Montsarrat Shave Ice, Helena's, Seven Brothers, Waiahole Poi Factory, Aloha Sushi, Maui Brewing, Sato Seafood, Marugame Udon, and Foodland.

The Cove Waikiki condo was a perfect fit for my needs. I am a cyclist and the accommodations are perfect for that. The Bike cage is accessible and secure. The location is great but a little far from the action at Waikiki if you are walking. If you are just looking for a beach, the beach across the street is great or the beach at Magic Island is also very good. The condo was in great shape and had everything that I needed. The Ala Moana Mall is close and the Food Pantry is just around the corner. I was very satisfied with everything and the management at the condo was very responsive.

Alii Beach rentals is a much needed option in Hawaii where vacation accommodation options are often dominated by either larger, chain hotels with limited room options, or another large, nationwide, online provider of apartments. Alii Beach rentals provided us with an apartment and price point that the other two simply could not compare with, along with consistent, solid customer support.

This was a perfect size apartment for a small group or family. 2 bedrooms/1 bath with a small kitchen and living room. Laundry unit inside was also a plus. The location is great and a perfect walking distance to Ala Moana and Waikiki. Abou 15 minutes walk to the Ala Moana area and 20 minute walk to the heart of Waikiki. The only downside is that we would have liked to know that there was some pests in the building before booking our stay. When we noticed, we contacted Ali’i and they were quick to respond and remedy the situation. Pest control arrived to safely remove the pests and we didn’t have an issue the rest of the stay.
