The place was wonderful. Clean and organized had everything you need to make a home away from home. The views and location were perfect and winding down for the day was easy with the huge TV, cold A/C and comfy living room. We had a call for service while we were there and it was fixed immediately without any issue. Would highly recommend staying here and avoiding any other company as they were super easy to work with and made good on everything that was listed.

This rental was perfect and located to everything within walking distance. Comfortable beds and pillows, very clean. The only downside which is not the fault of the rental, was the main building itself was so hot in the hallways and elevators. There was no AC running in those areas. So waiting for the elevator, which takes time, was uncomfortable. The rental itself had AC that worked great. Overall the stay was amazing and we were able to check in a little early, so nice! The rental is beautiful.

The place was amazing! It was perfect size for a family of five. Super easy and smooth experience. We were provided with pretty much everything we needed. A few things that would've made it even better would be to have a step stool for small children, a laundry basket to help if guests would like to do laundry and 1-2 gallons of drinkable water. We had a wonderful time without these items but, having them would've been 110%. I would recommend renting this place to anyone and would even rent it again myself. Great location. Staff at the Ilikai are friendly and helpful. We were treated no different than a hotel guest. Definitely a 5 star experience.

I brought my daughter and 2 nephews for a short visit. It was the perfect set up with 2 separate bedrooms and a very comfortable sleeper couch in the living room. Great views and location-walking distance to everything but not in the congested Waikiki area. The condo is in an historic hotel so it was nice having hotel amenities like convenience and surf shops and a great cafe. We loved having the wave boards, beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler. Clean, quiet, and roomy. The fridge was temporarily broken but there was a temporary replacement. Well stocked kitchen. Definitely would stay again.

We enjoyed our week here! The condo was very clean and comfortable for our family of 5. The couch in the living room turns into a bed. The only thing I could possible “complain” about, is that there are no bedside tables in the master bedroom, therefore you had to plug in your phone across the room. Not a big deal but when my alarm goes off in the morning, I’d much prefer to roll over to turn it off than to have to leap across the room. :)
The kitchen was decently stocked. We have a family of 5 and there were only dishes for 4. But, again, not a super big deal.
The location was really good. A nice walking distance to a lot of attractions and shopping. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is the perfect spot for adults who want to be central to a lot of attractions. The location was walking distance from the beach, park, and Ala Moana Shopping Center with a bus stop immediately in front. It is on Ala Moana Blvd so it can be loud at night. The unit was clean, updated, and spacious enough for 4-5 people to enjoy. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was very nice to have beach towels and a few beach equipment.

The location is great! Place is clean and lots of space, we had 4 people. The beds were generally comfortable, except in the master bedroom the King bed mattress on one side was a bit slanted. We didn't use the kitchen very much, mostly takeout food and reheat. It was nice to have a big dining area. Air conditioning, WiFi and TV worked well. The balcony area was nice to hang out and have a cup of coffee. There were only 2 plastic cups in the kitchen, so would have been nice to have at least 4 cups, although that didn't bother us too much. There were enough plates/mugs/cutlery though for 4 people. Basically, everything was as advertised. Overall, we loved this rental property mainly for the space and location. Thanks Alii Beach Rentals! It was a wonderful experience here from check-in to check-out.

Property: clean, newer finishes. Good corner unit with a nice view of the city. A/c unit can get loud sometimes and you can hear neighbors and loud people on the streets at night.
Location: easy access to Ala Moana, Waikiki. Steps from the docks, affordable parking, and the beach. The beach here is rather rocky and not swimable though.
A few tips for future travelers:
1. If you find the internet not working, a little troubleshooting will do the trick. Just plug everything in and wait for a few minutes for the modem to reset. It comes with apple TV casting so you can watch your favorites in the living room.
2. If you’re Asian, bring your own chopsticks.
3. If you drink wine, there are no wine glasses as pictured. Use the cups.
Overall, a great stay at an affordable price!

This was an exceptional experience from booking to check-out. Alii Beach Rentals' website was easy to use and all the information we needed for our stay was provided well ahead of time. We loved the use of the Hospitality app so everyone in the family had all the codes and passwords, super easy and convenient. The rental was just as pictured; very bright, airy, modern, views from just about every angle, and immaculately clean. The condo was furnished with everything we could need for our stay and the layout was perfect for our big family, that second bathroom is key! We enjoyed being able to walk along Waikiki beach every morning and then lounge at the pool on the 2nd floor all afternoon and watch the sunset. This may become our new family vacation spot and we highly recommend the Ilikai Hotel with Alii Beach Rentals as a great way to warm up and dry out!

The condo is as pictured. Very nice space to hang out and use as a base for the ocean which is very close by. The check in was easy and the accommodations in the complex are easy to access and have the needed supplies.
The only thing that was an issue was contacting the company that supports the rental- they were not available except for emergency. Not sure if this was because it was a holiday or if that is the way all the time.

Our family (2 adults, 2 young children - 3yr and yr) had an amazing stay at the Ilikai. The location is great where you have quick access to a number of pools in the building as well as the beach/lagoon area (perfect for young kids) but you are also within walking distance to Ala Moana for any shopping needs. You are also just removed from the busy Waikiki area which we really enjoyed. The room was neat and clean and looked like it had been recently renewed. The full kitchen is perfect for families with young kids as well.

The listing description was very accurate. The location is excellent—right at the entrance to Waikīkī and within easy walking distance to the beach, Ala Moana Center, restaurants, and shops. The layout worked well for our group of six, and we especially enjoyed relaxing on the lanai.
The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was ready for us when we arrived, and the space felt welcoming after long days at our conference.
As locals traveling from another island, we really appreciated how easy the process was with Aliʻi Rentals. Communication was clear, the booking process was smooth, and check-in instructions were simple and well-organized.
We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family visiting Oʻahu.
During our stay we enjoyed walking along Waikīkī Beach, visiting Ala Moana Center, and dining at nearby favorites like Duke’s Waikīkī and Marugame Udon. The marina sunsets were also a highlight.
