CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Apartment 929 - exactly as in photos on web, great location nice and quiet, great view/sunset from the balcony, very close to Ala Moana Shopping Centre as in a 10 min walk. Well equipped with every thing, very clean. Would recommend 100%, if you wanted a bigger room with a full kitchen. This is my second stay booking with Ali Beach Rentals and would do so again.

We had such a fantastic time and just loved the views from this apartment. The bed was so comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped and the apartment was nice and clean. There were also things like outdoor chairs a mat boogie board and a chilly bin to use. We will definitely be back again.

Enjoyed our stay in this bright, nicely updated unit. Very comfy bed and well stocked kitchen. Lots of activity to watch from the lanai including beautiful Hawaii sunsets.
We had an issue with the stove and unfortunately were not able to use it. Property management was quick to respond and provide an alternative cooking solution. Would not hesitate to recommend the Ilikai Hotel or Alii Beach Rentals :)

This unit in the Ilikai hotel was exactly as advertised. Checkin was super easy. Room was very comfortable for a couple. Laundry facility convenient to unit. The hotel itself was fantastic - great shops, restaurants, close to everything. We rented a car and prepaid for parking at the marina parking deck and it was very convenient. The only very minor issue we had was the AC unit is mounted on the wall over the bed and one night we had condensation build up and drip onto our heads. Turning the temperature up a couple degrees solved that issue and still kept the room very comfortable. Highly recommend this unit to a couple traveling to Waikiki.

This condo was in a great location for beaches, restaurants, shopping and activities. It is a lively area during the day and early evening but quiets down around 10 - 11 pm. The building is a little dates but they do a good job of keeping it presentable. The room was exactly as shown and the bed was very comfortable

Everything was clean and as advertised. The shower was weak, but otherwise it was a really pleasant stay. The view of the marina and the ocean in the distance was fantastic, and it was relatively quiet (unlike on the other side of the building facing the lagoon). We appreciated also the kitchen appliances, like the kettle, and the spacious refrigerator. It's a perfect cozy unit for a couple.

This home was so clean !! We first didn’t like the idea of the $45 parking fee each day.. but after being there for 1 day we were so thankful we didn’t have to hassle with parking!! And the attendees were nice and helpful to give us ideas on where to eat. Very nice Hotel.

This condo was even better than the pictures. It was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen was outfitted with new appliances . The bed and furniture were very comfortable. The lanai overlooks the marina and courtyard. We enjoyed the beautiful view and the weekend entertainment from our balcony. The location is very quiet . The Ilikai is steps to the beach, shopping, and great restaurants.
Alii Beach Rentals are amazing to deal with. Community was easy, and information about the check in was provided on an app.
We have rented many condos over the years, and this is one of my favourites! We definitely would recommend this property !

Them most comfortable bed EVER. The location was great, right by Fort DeRussy Beach. Lots of placed to get food next door at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, a 15 - 20 min walk along the beach to Waikiki Beach. 2 stops on the bus to Ala Moana Shopping Center. The kitchen had everything we needed and all in good condition. Laundry facilities on the same floor, quick and convenient. The hotels rooftop restaurant PESCA has a great happy hour. Plenty of space for our family. We loved it.

Our unit was tastefully renovated with all the essentials. Great location. Comfortable bed. We spent a lot of time at the lagoon and beach. Walked to the pink sails whale watching charter.
We took the bus to and from the airport and the stop was steps away from the condo. It only costed $3.00 pp each way.
Would definitely recommend this place.

Easy check-in. All new appliances. Place was spotless. Comfortable bed and couch. Sunset view was amazing. Kitchen well equipped to cook. Bathroom and water pressure good. I liked the modern feel. All white and grey. Mirrored closet and wall so place looked big. Great coffee shops and restaurants downstairs. Laua once a week. Located to shops and everything you need. Beaches. The only thing we did not find were beach towels that were promised to be there so we ended up buying some. They did come after we called in but by then it was too late. But this place was spectacular! Highly recommmend for 2 people or 2 with a small baby.

Great room- good view- nice bed- Good closet space-kitchen was well equipped overall Great stay positioned locally enough to walk mostly everywhere like me and my wife did. Very clean
