Note: This is a legal one bedroom condo because of its size and full kitchen, however it does not have a wall and door that separates the bedroom from the living room.

ALI'I BEACH RENTALS INCLUDE:
- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels
- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own)

CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Love, love this unit! Lots of storage to put everything away neatly! Love the couch! Very comfortable, bed comfortable too! Love having the table and chairs outside for breakfast and lunch! Views and Sunsets are Beautiful!! Just wish it was available for next Jan/Feb!!

This home was so clean !! We first didn’t like the idea of the $45 parking fee each day.. but after being there for 1 day we were so thankful we didn’t have to hassle with parking!! And the attendees were nice and helpful to give us ideas on where to eat. Very nice Hotel.

This condo was even better than the pictures. It was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen was outfitted with new appliances . The bed and furniture were very comfortable. The lanai overlooks the marina and courtyard. We enjoyed the beautiful view and the weekend entertainment from our balcony. The location is very quiet . The Ilikai is steps to the beach, shopping, and great restaurants.
Alii Beach Rentals are amazing to deal with. Community was easy, and information about the check in was provided on an app.
We have rented many condos over the years, and this is one of my favourites! We definitely would recommend this property !

Them most comfortable bed EVER. The location was great, right by Fort DeRussy Beach. Lots of placed to get food next door at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, a 15 - 20 min walk along the beach to Waikiki Beach. 2 stops on the bus to Ala Moana Shopping Center. The kitchen had everything we needed and all in good condition. Laundry facilities on the same floor, quick and convenient. The hotels rooftop restaurant PESCA has a great happy hour. Plenty of space for our family. We loved it.

Our unit was tastefully renovated with all the essentials. Great location. Comfortable bed. We spent a lot of time at the lagoon and beach. Walked to the pink sails whale watching charter.
We took the bus to and from the airport and the stop was steps away from the condo. It only costed $3.00 pp each way.
Would definitely recommend this place.

Loved our stay and this unit was perfect! Very clean, recently refurbished with new appliances, cabinets, floors, and furniture. We have stayed at 2 other units at Ilikai before and this is our favorite!

Easy check-in. All new appliances. Place was spotless. Comfortable bed and couch. Sunset view was amazing. Kitchen well equipped to cook. Bathroom and water pressure good. I liked the modern feel. All white and grey. Mirrored closet and wall so place looked big. Great coffee shops and restaurants downstairs. Laua once a week. Located to shops and everything you need. Beaches. The only thing we did not find were beach towels that were promised to be there so we ended up buying some. They did come after we called in but by then it was too late. But this place was spectacular! Highly recommmend for 2 people or 2 with a small baby.
