Note: This is a legal one bedroom condo because of its size and full kitchen, however it does not have a wall and door that separates the bedroom from the living room.

ALI'I BEACH RENTALS INCLUDE:
- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels
- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own)

CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

The overall stay was easy and very pleasant. Easy access and checkout. Had a couple very minor issues which were easily resolved over the phone. Very responsive property management personnel. Would do this again given the opportunity. Thank you.

The sunset view is amazing and the rental was well equipped. I wish it had an oven and that is the only negative. You are walking distance to so many shops and valet is 24/7. We went swimming everyday in the bay. The bed was wonderful too, you don’t always have a bed away from home that you sleep well in. 10/10 would recommend this rental!,

The rental company service was exceptional- changed a faulty AC unit within a day. Space was big enough for the three of us, balcony furniture and table inside with chairs was true apartment living with spaces we could use. Ilikai has great cafe and pool. Never queued for an elevator. Will return to this very apartment.

Excellent vacation! Can't beat the location- pool, beach, walk to downtown areas, bus route. Very clean, easy to communicate with owner. At the end of the day just hanging on the lanai with an incredible view! Hope to stay here again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was exactly as depicted in photos. The condo was very clean upon arrival and building and property very well maintained. Check in and checkout were easy, and all correspondence with property management was answered promptly.
The bed was comfortable, the shower hot and the kitchen had everything we required to make breakfast, lunch, snacks and the occasional dinner (cooktop but no oven which we didn’t need anyway). Reliable wifi. Plenty of towels and storage.
The view was great from the balcony- especially for watching sunsets! The location was convenient as it was easy to walk to many restaurants, stores and had beaches close by. Bus routes were available near front entrance, walk to Waikiki was a leisurely 15-20 min
The pool was warm and relaxing and we used it everyday after our island adventures. The only thing we thought could improve this listing would be a couple of beach chairs and a beach umbrella. We had to end up buying an umbrella as it was cheaper than renting one, although you can rent beach equipment at one of the stores in lobby.
We would recommend this condo!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ilikai,Honolulu. Our unit was great as well as the management. We absolutely loved both restaurants that were in the hotel. The only thing I would have a complaint about was the pool. It’s small. If you like to go to the beach, then you’re golden, it’s just a short walk away.

This is a very clean condo that is very functional. The location is perfect for exploring Waikiki. Lots of walking paths, great restaurants and shopping close by. Ilikai is right next to the Hilton which means fireworks on Friday nights. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. We had one issue with the operation of the stovetop and maintenance was there to resolve it. I would recommend a notebook in the unit to include information on operating the stovetop, tv, etc.

Great view, clean room, excellent location. The kitchen faucet wasn't working upon arrival, but maintenance came within a day to fix.
