ILIKAI MARINA NOTICE — Spalling Work Update
Spalling repairs on the Ocean/Marina-facing side are nearing completion. However, there may still be intermittent noise during work hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
*Balcony doors are currently locked and not accessible during this phase of the project. We truly appreciate your continued patience and understanding as this portion of the work wraps up. The overall building spalling project remains on schedule for completion by Summer 2026. Thank you for your understanding.

A convenient pay laundry room is also available in the building.
Bonus: If your stay includes a Friday night, enjoy a front-row view of the Hilton’s famous fireworks display right from your private lanai. The fireworks occur most Fridays throughout the year, making your evenings in Waikiki even more magical.

Beautiful pristine refreshed secure condo in Waikiki Ilikai marina. Walking distance to Ala Moana, Duke Kahanamoku and Hilton beaches. Well stocked kitchen supplies and newer appliances. Very comfortable bed and our unit was spotlessly clean. View of the marina and Waikiki beaches was splendid. Shared hallways and building shared spaces dated and in need of updates. Shared laundry requires an app to use it and easy to do. Some construction noise on some mid days in nearby space. Onsite parking pay as you go. Costly if you need it but less than most overnight parking in Waikiki and very convenient. Management company great communication and quickly responsive.Balcony is smaller than it looks in photos of unit otherwise as expected or better than photos suggest. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice large one bedroom unit overlooking the marina, the lagoon at Hilton Hawaiian Village, and Ala Moana beach park. Great view from the balcony of the fireworks on Friday nights. Would definitely stay there again.

Great condo, excellent location and the view is more than amazing. We had a car but also walked to fort derussy and ala moana because it's so close. We enjoyed our stay, next time we are in Waikiki we will definitely use Ali'i again. Having a full kitchen is a major benefit and very important to us when we travel so I would pick this rental over a hotel every time!

This was a superb stay, and every detail was well thought out by Ali’i Beach Rentals. First impression was cleanliness, we could tell that nothing was skimmed over and everything had been thoroughly cleaned. Everything that was essential was there, and organized. The unit had updated appliances, new furniture, and a good amount of space. We were getting text messages from start to finish to make sure everything was okay. Felt really safe and everyone was nice! Highly recommend ☀️

We loved everything about this place! It is conveniently located near the beach. There’s a restaurant downstairs. The condo was nice and clean and looks exactly like the pictures. I would agree with a previous comment about needing a long mirror so the girls can see how they look before going out. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back to stay here.

We had a wonderful time here and did love our stay. We viewed the other apartments in this building that family members had rented and we felt ours was the best with the look and feel. A couple of notes- The bed did squeak with any movement. What would have made it a perfect stay was if it had a full-length mirror(women need this to get dressed!) and a Keurig coffee maker.

A beautifully appointed suite with a stunning vista of the Ilikai Marina. Always a treat to open the door and taki in the 180 degree view of Waikiki. One of the window screens failed and, that day, it was repaired. The repair staff called and shared that it had been fixed!
The only unfortunate factor—NO POOL available to the Marina Tower guests!! A pool is a must. We purchased two beach chairs for the unit and other guests to utilize and walk down to the lagoon at the Hilton Hawaiian Village.

I was so glad selected and booked this Ali'i Beach Rental while staying in Oahu. Although the price may be a bit higher comparing to other vacation rental condos in the same building, you pay what you get. The actual condo was displayed exact like those posted pictures. The condo wasn't too big but maintained well with upgraded equipment. We 3 adults felt very cozy when staying there. The view to the ocean was stunning, which was the main reason I selected this condo.
I do want to give a shoutout to the wonderful maintenance technician, Rington, during our stay. An issue in the bathroom was discovered soon after we checked in (after 4PM). Texted the maintenance hotline and provided pictures for the needed fix. Since the maintenance team's schedule was 8AM-4PM, the wonderful technician, Rington, reached out to me the following morning (we were out already) thanking me for the detail explanation and pictures and obtaining my permission before entering the condo in order to address the issue. Also, a status was provided upon his departure. When we got back to the condo, everything was kept clean and neat (not even a foot print on the bathroom floor).
The building location was great closed to ABC store (3 mins walk), Ala Moana Mall (10 mins walk), and the Ala Moana Park (7 mins walk). Structural parking was attached to the building ($28/day as of 5/15/2023). Neighbors were all nice and quiet. I had never heard loud noise nor kids screaming during our stay.
The only downside in this building was that the laundry room is located at the 8th floor and you have to wait since there are only limited washers and dryers for the use. Also, machines do require to download an app (PayRange) and pre-load the money to the app in order to pay for the use. Also, if you pre-load the money less than $5, a service fee will be charged.

Easy walk to many excellent restaurants. Great spot not on the “strip” but close enough for a quick Uber or bus. Great park and beach just a short walk. Wake up and watch the boats heading out to whale watch or fish. Will definitely return.

Sparkling clean, thoughtfully updated and furnished, and all the little things taken care of (I wish every place put the wifi information on the router). We've stayed at about ten units in the Ilikai Marina and this is our favorite by far.

This condo was perfect for our girls weekend of 3 generations. The views are amazing as well as the decor and cleanliness. It had everything we needed to feel at home with lots of storage, hangers, hair dryer. The kitchen was well appointed with cookware, coffee and tea pot and dishes. Perfect location on the marina and very walkable to Waikiki Beach. Lots of groceries and shopping nearby. Our only issue was the sofa bed was not comfortable and seemed to be broken where the head of the bed slopes down.

Upon check in the unit was so clean and welcoming. Appreciate having the unit cooled when we got there. The unit was tastefully decorated, and the view was amazing. We loved drinking coffee and watching the surfers in the morning. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basic items. Only "issue" was we couldn't find the streaming TV remote but were OK without it. Management was very friendly. Also, the bed seems med-firm but we liked that support.

This is our second stay at this property. We returned because it combines the creature comforts of home (comfortable couch, well stocked kitchen) and a hotel (plenty of towels, soft sheets, extra pillows). The unit is well-maintained and was spotless on arrival. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We can't wait to return!

Renting this condo was the best way to go! Waking up to a fantastic view of the ocean, sailboats, people parasailing and all types of exciting water activities. The condo was just as it was advertised. It was very clean and was stocked with the supplies that were listed. Out of the 6 night stay, we only saw one bug and the sofa bed was uncomfortable for sleeping. The laundry room was a tremendous help before our departure! Would choose this condo again on our next visit. Thanks!

We have stayed at nine different units at the Ilikai Marina and this is our favorite - stylish but comfortable, impeccably maintained, supplied with everything you need for a day at the beach (chairs, cooler, beach towels) or a night in front of the TV (comfortable couch, chair and ottomans). We can't wait to come back!

The view is outstanding, worth a great deal. The sunsets were gorgeous. Certainly no complaints about the location. The kitchen is not particularly well appointed but, like most tourists, we did not plan to do a lot of cooking so it was entirely adequate for our needs. The bed was comfortable, including good pillows. Aside from overhead lighting, there were 4 lamps in the unit, only two of which worked. A call to the management company produced a pleasant conversation and a promise of action but no action. We did not go out and but light bulbs to see if that was the problem but we were a bit annoyed with the problem being ignored completely. It is a comfortable place for two, could get a bit too cozy for four. I would recommend a stay for a party of two--bring your own bulbs.

This is our third unit we have stayed at in the Ilikai Marina. We loved this unit - it was clean (an absolute must) and quiet. The best part of staying at Ilikai Marina is the location and convenience to all areas of the city. It is also very convenient to the freeway access to all parts of the island - perfect central location. As a local girl returning to the islands to visit family and friends, I would highly recommend this unit. We also liked having breakfast at Harbor Pub and enjoyed the drinks, pupus, dinner and music at the Chart House downstairs. Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short due to a family emergency but would definitely book a stay there again when we return to Oahu. Alii Rentals made the reservation process very easy. We had to contact them for instructions on using the TV and they were very responsive. Highly recommend to all.

Good location to the beach and stores. Inviting decor with an amazing unobstructed view of the ocean & functional set up. Although the unit was clean, better maintenance was desired such as making sure the shower drainer wasn't clogged. The bathroom could use a deep steam clean, & you may want to bring/buy your own soap & shampoo/conditioner. The property mgmt was accommodating and recommend the unit.

This unit has an amazing view! It is in a great location where you can walk to a lot of restaurants and stores. The unit is in need of some updates- the bathroom needs some new fixtures and there is a lot of rust on the shower enclosure. The pullout sleeper mattress was absolutely horrible. Very thin and not comfortable. However on the positive side the king bed had a great mattress. It was very nice to have a unit with full air conditioning throughout. The plank flooring was a huge plus as well for ease of cleanup.
