Stayed for 3 weeks in Waikiki, the location is great, very clean, well maintained and close to everything. I would definitely come back and use this property again.

This place was great with an ideal location. The most important things to me are a clean place, a comfortable bed/pillows, a patio with a view of the water, and enough room to move around. This place had it all. The pool for the building was lovely. The sunrises from bed were breathtaking. So the door to the patio was a little hard to move, no big deal. If I could make one suggestion is that the couches be a bit more cozy and the patio furniture upgrade just a little. Here is my tip, the famous ramen place that is just up the street ... order online and skip the 90 minute line. Take it back and enjoy it by the pool or on your deck. This place was a great deal.

the apartment was perfect. Close to beaches, buses, a very good position. There was everything that was needed, it was clean and spacious for 4 people. We enjoyed the pool and the small market in the building. Very kind staff, we are very satisfied

We stayed for a week just 5 blocks from the beach which turned out well because we did not have the party noise on the beach and surrounding area. Everything was functional in our unit and security, pool and surrounding restaurants were good.

I had never been to Hawaii before but I'm glad I chose this place to stay in. I got a really great view of the city and there was a convenience store that made everything so much easier. Although their pool was closed their jacuzzi was still open and the beach is nearby as well. The mall was down the street and there was markets in every corner to convenient place to stay to get around the entire city. Especially since there was a bus stop around the corner! The only downfalls were that the room TV did not turn on, the blender was broken, and their pool facility was closed ��

The property description was accurate. We enjoyed our stay and location close to Waikiki beach!Very nice view from all windows! Please note the parking is available in the building itself for a $35 per day, also there is a small parking lot behind the building which will cost $18 for 24hrs, free street parking is very challenging in Waikiki area. Laundry room is available in the building and costs $1.75 for washing and $1.00 for drying. The mini mart on the 6th floor is very convenient to buy small essentials and snacks and have very reasonable pricing. Host might consider adding one more set of sheets for the second sofa.

This was an easy rental experience. We received emails prior to arriving with detailed information about our rental and how to check in. The apartment itself was very nice and had awesome views.

The parking situation, or lack thereof, is an island wide problem but we chose to stay in the parking garage each of the nights we were there for $30.00. Although the emails did state that free parking was not available, for someone coming from another state and not knowing the situation firsthand, a more detailed situation about where there WAS parking would have been helpful.

My only criticism is the staff in the lobby and security were less than friendly and most were not helpful, especially the ones in the parking garage booth.
