- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Our stay was wonderful...the unit has the most incredible views! The beds could use updating but overall still comfy. We love this building...the pool, the store, all the outdoor areas are beautiful. This rental company is amazing and we will continue to use their units for many years

Amazing Views! Great Location

pent 2 weeks in Unit on the 40th Floor. The is View Amazing! The building is quite old. So with that comes hot water issues. Being on the 40th floor the noise from the street is loud but that comes with being in the city. This unit had all the amenities that we required. We didn’t cook, just breakfast there. The patio door has issues and it locked on its own, we had trouble getting it to unlock. Luckily this happened when we were inside not outside. The unit was clean! Had lots of towels. Again all about the view. Alii Beach Rentals are awesome and handle any maintenance issues immediately

I really enjoy the view from balcony. Location is also good. It’s close to restaurants, cafe, stores, and Waikiki beach. One things, i don’t like is balcony glass door. I stay there in windy days. Balcony door is too wick and thin. Door makes noisy, while i’m sleeping. Maybe sunny day will be okay. Other then that i really enjoy to stay there.

This is our 3rd stay in the Island Colony on Seaside and our 1st time in this room. Like the other two rooms, this was superb. The view is awesome - sit out on the lanai, watch the sunrise and check out the ocean view. The beds are comfy and there’s a full fridge. We had plenty of towels and beach towels. The building is secure and there’s a parking garage @ $30/day. Plus, it’s conveniently located to all the action. All this for a great price. Our host stayed in touch with us and access to the room is easy. I highly recommend this place when you’re coming to this area of Oahu!!

The mattresses could've been better, but aside from that everything was amazing. The view was incredible, the hotel was very nice. I loved that it had a pool, sauna, hot tub, laundry room, convenience store, bbq grills, and an overlook for even more great views. It was within walking distance of almost everything--the beach, restaurants, the canal, shops. 10/10 would recommend.
