This enchanting second floor home away from home is situated in the exclusive Ko Olina Kai Golf Estates and Villas gated golf community, a mere 5 min walk from the world class Ko Olina Golf Course! First off it's important to note that the location of this Villa within Ko Olina Kai Golf Estates and Villas makes for a much a shorter walk or bike to dining and beaches compared to other Villas on property. The back of this particular Villa enjoys views of a serene Zen Garden of the neighboring property. This matters because you'll see most of the other Villas on property look directly into the neighboring Villa. Location is everything!
If you're searching around for other properties, you may be able to tell from the photos that this condo is more desirable than 90% of the other Ko Olina Kai Condos

Enjoy access to a luxurious private community pool which boasts its own waterfall and jacuzzi! The pool area has 3 cabanas (1st come/1st serve) and bbq areas with tables ideal for socializing with friends and family. There is even a baby pool! The pool is a 10 min walk from the Villa or a 4 min bike ride. Once you are out here you can easily avoid having to hop in your car, everything is so accessible!

There are 2 distinct shopping areas in the immediate vicinity, the Ko Olina Station and the Ko Olina Center. At the Ko Olina Station you will find the Monkey Pod Kitchen, the Black Sheep Cream CO. and Island Country Market (groceries). At the Ko Olina center across the street (5-8 min walk or a 3-4 min bike ride from the residence) you will find Mekiko Cantina Restaurant (Mexican restaurant)- Eggs and Things, Starbucks, and the Pizza Corner.

The Disney Aulani resort is located directly across the street from Ko Olina Center, roughly a 10-12 min walk from the Villa or a convenient 5-6 min bike ride. Bike stations abound in this community, many of our guests recommend renting a bike for the whole month! The Ko Olina beach and sports club is nearby as well, this residence truly is in a prime location near many excellent restaurants. The picturesque Lagoon 1, which fronts the Aulani resort has extremely limited parking, which people routinely wait for hours for! This prime location enables you to enjoy convenient access mere minutes away from one of the most popular, yet difficult to access beaches on the island.

If you are looking for something entertaining and historically significant for the whole family, consider enjoying a train ride with the Hawaiian Railway Society! Train rides are available every WED, SAT and SUN, but reservations must be made in advance, fares range from $10 for keiki (Hawaiian for children) or $15 for adults or $30 for all Parlor Car tickets. Enjoying a train ride is an unforgettable experience offering a unique glimpse into O'ahu's historical sugar cane heritage!

The property is excellent. It’s spacious, clean, lots of storage space. The furniture looks new, the beds are comfortable. A very walkable area. Everything was perfect. Alii Beach Rental was so easy to deal with. They were quick to respond to our questions and requests. Everything went so smoothly.

We rented this beautiful home June 1st - July 1st, 2025. We drove into a gated community and into our driveway/ garage. We were NOT disappointed! Beautiful maintained, everything you would want nearby: shopping, restaurants, lagoons and a lovely pool. We needed a 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms for our family. The layout was just perfect! You had 2 bedrooms and full bath on one side and the master bedroom and full bath on the other side. The kitchen/dining/living area was inbetween. We were never on crowded. The kitchen had everything you needed and easy for more than 1-3 in the kitchen. It had a nice pantry, dishwasher/stove/oven/ microwave. The dining room seated 6 and was very nice. There was also 3 stools at the breakfast bar. BUT, since we were in Hawaii..... we ate out on the covered lanai every meal. The comphy furniture on the lanai had seating for six. It was so quiet and had eye pleasing landscaping. The master had a king bed that was so comfortable with a huge ( my husband thought 75 inch?) TV. Each side of the bed was a bedside two drawer table, phone charging station, and lamps. Around the bed were under drawers on each side and end. It also had a chest of drawers with 7 drawers. Plenty of room for your clothes. There was big walk-in closet and a separate closet with mirrors! The windows opened out into the beautifully manicured grounds. The master bath had two sinks with space inbetween to leave toiletries out if needed. But it had 6 drawers and two under cabinets and a medicine cabinet you could put things in as well. The tub had a wonderful powerful shower head and always hot water. Each room had laundry baskets. The other big bedroom had a king bed with all the furniture as the master and another 75" television. The closet was big with an organizer! The smallest bedroom had twin beds which my grands said were very comfortable. A cute table inbetween and a large mirrored closed with closet organizers and plenty of room. The second bathroom had the large shower head, a smaller vanity but with storage. Each bedroom/dining/living room had wonderful big fans. Each room was attractively decorated.The garage had a cooler and 3 chairs we could use. The pool was just a 5 min walk away....and was gorgeous! Waterfall and a hot tub. Pleanty of eating areas, grills and 3 cabanas with seating and grills. We would load our cooler and head up to the pool to eat. Everyone loved that. We loved walking down to the lagoons, shopping area and restaurants. It only took us 9-10 mins. We know, we timed it! And we are old! lol The community was so safe. We felt safe letting out two teenage grands walk to the pool on their own. We would rent this home again in a heartbeat! The Ko'Olina Kai Management was very nice. When we went to check in with them, We found out, that our gate opener into the community would not work at that time. And they were working on that. They informed us that we could use the orange fob (the one you use for the pool) for the front gate too. They were great information. And hats off and many Mahalos to Rita and the rest of the staff at Ali'i Beach Rentals. We have been renting from JUST them for years. They are attentive, compassionate, and accommodating from the minute you fill out your application till you leave. You can call them anytime and they are there for you. We had trouble with the garage door opener and they were there in no time to fix. We will continue to only rent from them. WE LOVE Ali'i Beach Rentals.

What a beautiful setting this condo is in. The location is amazing. We spent lots of time just relaxing on the deck overlooking the lush surroundings. The market and restaurants were just a short walk away, and easy access to the beach and pool. Beds were comfy, and there were lots of towels and linens. We would definitely come back again!

The property is beautiful. Condo is more than big enough for 6 adults. Lanai is wonderful. A bit of a walk to pool/BBQ if you want to cook you may want to drive over

Awesome place. Just what we were looking for. Quiet place where our teenagers would be safe walking to the pool and beaches by themselves. Little grocery store and restaurants close by was a plus. Safe beaches nearby. No key to pack around as front door has keypad. A/C perfect. Quiet peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend.

This was our first time to Ko Olina and we loved it! This truly is paradise. The condo is located with a lot of privacy in the back and beautiful surroundings. It is just a short walk to the market and restaurants and easy access to the lagoons and beaches. The beds were extremely comfortable in the layout of the condo is good. Some things were a little tired and could probably be replaced, like the sectional sofa, and the cushions on the chairs on the deck. It would be nice to also have some basics like salt and pepper. Other than that though we would stay there again, in a heartbeat. It was truly a wonderful place and we would highly recommend it.

The condo is huge. Great for family of 6. Bit of a walk to pool so if you want to cook on the outdoor BBQ maybe drive over. There was no access to pool for fist 16 days there due to maintenance that we were not made aware of before booking. That said it was taken care of by Ali'. TV did work when we first got there but again rectified right away. Small leak started under sink on our last 3 days. Apparently their no smoking means not even outside.
