This rental could use a little more Aloha to make it a bit homier. Some essentials also need to be replenished ie wine glasses .The check in and check out was very easy and convenient. Lots of places close by to shop and eat with and awesome Poke place right across the street it that is what you like. The rental company was great to deal with and was very communicative before during and after our stay.

Love Marine Surf , it’s so central to everything. An assigned car space is a great feature . This unit is clean , with a nice partial ocean view , great air contrail and a very comfortable King sized bed . Beach towels great ,laundry facilities are handy , nice pool . Management quick to respond to a query & handle it - very happy & would very happily stay again . Mahalo !

Noisy but Nice

This unit was well maintained and clean. It also had a comfortable bed. The only issues we experienced was with the incorrect info for wifi login. Also the TV kept losing its connection to Spectrum or had no clear instructions on how to navigate. All that said, I was not there to watch TV. We had hoped being on the 17th floor may reduce some of the city noise. Nope. The street noise was continuos through the night. I would still recommend this property if you want to be in the middle of the Wakiki/Honolulu night scene.

The unit was exactly as described. Check in was easy with the clear instructions provided. The location can't be beat, it is within walking distance to everything. The only thing I would say is that the parking spot is a little short due to piping located at the end of the spot so don't rent a big car.

The room itself and location of hotel is great! The room was clean and had all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay. The view from the lanai was beautiful as pictured. The hallways were dated and there was construction happening in the commercial areas but this didn't impact the overall stay.

We had a wonderful stay. We stayed for 9 days. The unit was clean and just as advertised. The location was convenient we could walk everywhere. We had a car and parking was a fantastic perk. The building was quiet but the streets below were loud as you would expect in a bustling city. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is in the heart of Waikiki and across from Hyatt center. Building was old but room was maintained well, lots of beach towels/bath towels provided.
