Set within the prestigious gated community of Kuilima Estates East, this condo offers an array of premium amenities: two refreshing swimming pools (one just a short walk away), tennis courts, free parking, abundant guest parking, three air conditioners, and complimentary WiFi. This beautifully renovated condo is designed to provide a luxurious and comfortable stay. When comparing properties, you’ll quickly realize this condo stands out as one of the best at Kuilima Estates, offering a prime location that’s a short walk from Turtle Bay Resort and its beautiful beaches. Situated on the 2nd floor, just one flight of stairs up, this condo offers the perfect balance of privacy and convenience. The master bedroom, located on the main floor, features a plush king-sized bed, a smart TV, and air conditioning. Upstairs, the spacious loft is furnished with a Queen bed and a full bed, split AC, and its own full bathroom. Please note, as a loft, this second bedroom is open and doesn’t have a door, but the added air conditioning ensures comfort, as loft spaces in this area can get quite warm without it. The living room is equipped with a split AC and a large smart TV, perfect for relaxing. Step out onto the breezy lanai, where you can unwind while enjoying panoramic views of the golf course. We loved staying here! We were a group of 5 and fit perfectly. The perfect hang out spot to rest after a day in the Hawai'i sun. We would absolutely consider staying here again.

Check in and out was seamless, the management company was helpful and answered almost immediately when we had some questions.

We enjoyed our rental experience. The condo had comfortable bedrooms and enough space for us to enjoy. It was nicely decorated and up to date. We loved walking to the beach and enjoyed the peaceful pool. I recommend this spot.

This was a great rental in Turtle Bay. Just as pictured in the VRBO posting. Clean and well stocked kitchen. Great location for North Shore and around the point.

We had a perfect stay at the Wave House! The beds were comfy, AC kept us cool. There were a lot of thoughtful touches. We really only needed to bring our own food and drinks and coffee. They provided bathroom soap, dish soap, laundry pods, coffee filters. Everything you would need for a fully functional kitchen was provided, including Tupperware. To our surprise they also had beach items-boogie boards, beach chairs, masks/snorkel, fins, and a handy wagon to transport it all in. We loved every minute of our stay! It was clean and comfortable!
