community at Makaha Valley that provides both ocean and mountain views. This tranquil home
is only 5 minutes away from the famous Makaha Beach, where world class surfing takes place.
Experience the feeling of closeness to nature with the unobstructed and breathtaking mountain
view from the backyard. Enjoy an afternoon or early evening barbeque with family and friends
with the provided gas grill and embrace serenity looking at the newly-finished garden in the side
yard. In the evening, have the option to either turn on the provided multi-colored blinking lights in
the huge open space in the back, add some music and dance the night away, or simply gaze at
the stars.
Appreciate the open-area setting inside providing ample space to all guests. The 82-inch smart
TV, along with the 9.1 channel sound bar with detachable and wireless surround speakers
certainly bring video and audio experience of a movie theater into the home. Immerse yourself

· AC in every room.

· High-speed fiber Internet in all rooms.

· Hotel-grade towels and bed sheets.

· Kitchen: Fully equipped with brand new appliances and full sets of cooking essentials (utensils, pots, pans, silverware, knives, bowls, baking pans, coffee maker, blender, rice maker, tea kettle, etc.)

· Laundry: Wash and Dryer are in the garage.

· Parking: 1 standard-sized cars in the garage and 2 parking spaces on the driveway. NO parking on the street or road.

· Quiet Time: between 9:00 pm – 8:00 am. This is a residential community. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No parties, events, or large gatherings.

· Self-check-in via Smart Lock. Separate lockbox for emergency access.

· Guests have access to the entire house and the private backyard.

· Access to the community clubhouse, pool, hot tub, and gym will be available in late Spring or Summer 2024

· Please be aware of the ongoing construction in this community during workdays.

· For our out-of-town guests, we are 14 miles away from Kapolei (Costco, Target, shopping malls). It is recommended to have a rental car for easier and more timely travel.

Ali’i Beach Rentals is a full-service professional vacation rental company. We have our own in-house maintenance, cleaning team, and professional property managers who are available by phone 24/7 in case of emergencies.

Our family of 6 fit very comfortably in the property. Check-in/out process was seamless and everything was clean and updated. The management company was very responsive and quickly addressed requests. The location is away from the crowded Waikiki area which we preferred.

Beautiful home with amazing backyard view looked like a scene from Jurassic Park. Then the front had direct view to the ocean. Quiet neighborhood with warm home vibes. Gorgeous interior with all the essentials you would need and as described on the site. The backyard lights on the patio at night are beautiful and relaxing color changes ambiance. Great place to stay, food, souvenir shop and shaved ice!
