Rare and VERY LARGE 3 master bedroom with 3 en suite bathrooms! Off the beaten path (yet close walk to everything), this ocean view condo is an end unit Penthouse, and where you want to be! A sunrise view to start the day from the east mountains and Diamond Head in one suite, that stretches out past Ala Moana and West for postcard sunsets in another suite!! There is a Master bath in each Bedroom, 3 lanais to relax, a small yet efficient kitchen, valet parking (for a fee), and did we mention the panoramic views? ALL bedrooms overlook the Ala Wai canal as well, where guests can watch the canoe races or stroll along the canal. Being an end unit, our guests will soak in a 180 degree view starting from the Ko'olau Mountains and merging into the deep Pacific Blue Ocean! Feel at home with central a/c, cable TV, and FREE high speed internet! It is a short yet beautiful 10 minute walk to the world famous Waikiki Beach.
Ali'i Beach Rentals guests who stay at the Royal Garden at Waikiki, which is a Wyndham property, are invited to take advantage of the fitness center, relax at the outdoor pool & garden area after a full day of playing in paradise. Free use of the laundry room is also part of the package. Daily housekeeping is not included.
The Royal Garden is located at 440 Olohana St., walking distance to everything. You're a mere stroll to Luxury Row on the Waikiki "Strip", and the Ala Moana Shopping Center or Hawaii Convention center is in walking distance. Lounge around and enjoy the panoramic ocean views, walk down the street to your favorite Waikiki restaurant, or spend a lazy afternoon just lounging on the beach. This location has it all!

Loved our stay in the Royal Garden 2500. Location was perfect location for walking to the park, beach, shops and restaurants. The views from every room inside the unit were amazing. The staff we encountered were all extremely courteous and helpful. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for our first trip with our 9 month year old son with a total of 5 people (including baby). There were 3 separate rooms at different areas of the penthouse and 3 different bathrooms as well. Plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen is rather small so typically only one cook in the kitchen but besides that it as a great stay. Will most likely stay here again for future trips since location is perfect.

The views were lovely as was the location. The beach was just a few blocks away. Each bedroom was spacious with a comfortable bed and private bathroom. The kitchen was very small and really only one person could fit at a time, so it was not optimal for cooking elaborate meals. But we managed to pull off a Thanksgiving dinner with a turkey! Alii Beach Rentals was very responsive to maintenance requests that came up.

This terrific penthouse is a great place for family with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and a lanai on each side of the building. There is plenty of room and is supplied with everything you need. Our only objection is that our family found the living room furniture extremely uncomfortable. There were no arms on any of the furniture and you could not sit on the couches for any period of time. All of the showers in the 3 bathrooms need new gaskets on the doors. The door to the shower in our bathroom did not even close. We really love this place but these are the things that need attention.

A great rental , perfect for our group. We’ll maintained and very clean. Some minor issues such as the shower door would not totally seal so had to leave towel on floor to catch dripping water but everything else was great. Would definitely stay there again

The hotel that manages this property is fairly incompetent and treats you like a 2nd rate citizen because “you’re in the penthouse”
this is easily the biggest room available and very comforting on the 25th floor (the top)
located conveniently to convenience stores and shopping. 10 minute way to anything. definitely rent mopeds and explore. hawaii is magical.
the pay for parking is kind of ******** and the valet guys really are after it. Most of the employees are kinda lame, but not a reason not to stay.

Me and my family loved our stay except of one issue that was never resolved. We were not able to make the shower in the Master Bedroom work. When we turned the handle, it just kept turning an no water came out. I reported this 2 days in a row but was not resolved. We ended up having to take showers in other rooms which was not an ideal situation.

There were six of us. Everyone of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The unit has an amazing view. The air conditioning was not as cold as we wanted but it was OK. Other than the tabs in the two showers were not working and the water in two of the washrooms not draining properly in the sinks, the rest are perfect.

Really enjoyed the condo. The condo was very clean, The scenery was impressive the place was very quiet and we really did have a great time. The condo was in walking distance to numerous things you could really enjoy yourself I didn’t need a car. One thing the concierge you would have to double check to make sure that all the appointments and that he made for you were completely set appointments, two appointments the concierge made for me when I confirmed. The only drawback was the Wyndham did not give you a ticket to their business center where you could print out your boarding passes for the airline flight.

tiny kitchen but hey Im on holidays who needs a kitchen :) views galore very clean tidy place HUGE. Sad we couldn't use pool table. Would definitely stay again. My hubby and son are handyman and they picked many probs with workmanship on unit very old and in need of TLC But modern furniture nothing to want for really. Very clean except for MOULD around aircon vents esp in bedroom with beautiful painted ceiling and dirty fans

This property is truly amazing, the 3 Master suites were perfect for our family visit to Waikiki. The staff at the hotel were awesome, even though it is a private unit within the hotel they were very helpful with everything. The furnishings and decor were beautiful, well-used but very clean, who goes to Hawaii to sit inside anyway, the lanais were awesome with spectacular views in all directions. The kitchen is very small but functional, we used the poolside grills to prepare fresh ahi tuna steaks after a day spent at the beach and walking around Waikiki. The international shops and "Luxury Row" starts just 3 blocks away. We will plan on returning to this property on our next trip to Waikiki.

We really enjoyed the penthouse unit, it was very comfortable for all 5 of us, and had great views. We could walk to quite a bit in the area as well. The only thing I might mention less than great was the attitude of one or two of the employees definitely prefer that you are a hotel guest and not an Airbnb resident. The others were very nice. All in all a great experience!

We love our vacation rental at Royal Garden Penthouse. It has the best views! We especially love the fact that each spacious bedroom has its own bathroom and privacy is superb (no one has to wait in line for bathrooms). The host was very attentive in addressing our needs and delivered 3 blankets to the property when we notified them it was too cold the first night. We only wish the kitchen could be bigger since everything else was spacious, as we have a large family to entertain, but it was usable for the most part. The lanai sliding doors were difficult to open for some rooms, due to the age of the property. WiFi didn't work reliably in rooms but was great when used in the living room, probably due to router distance issues. Other than those, this is a great vacation rental for sure!
