The property was well maintained with comfortable bed, good wifi, good lanai furniture and great view of the ocean, lagoon, pools and fireworks. Access to good bars and restaurants, parks to walk or run, plus Ala Moana Shopping center is handy for short or long-term rentals. The host and property managers were responsive to our inquires.

Very nice, location was great! Walking distance from everything: beach, restaurants, and bars! The restaurant downstairs was great also! Walking distance from marathon starting point if you decide to run in 2026!

Waking up to the ocean-view balcony each morning was the perfect way to start our days — it really made us appreciate both the condo and its ideal location in Waikiki. The check-in process was seamless, and the unit was very clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable week-long stay. Shortly after arriving, we placed a light grocery order from Safeway for delivery, which made settling in even easier.

Excellent experience! Exceeded my expectations. I love Absolutely everything. Condo was clean and neat. With the stunning view from the balcony. Easy access to the beach, Ala Moana shopping center, and restaurants. Best of all the beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, surfing boards were pleasant surprise that were included for use. We love it all.
Communication was excellent. Highly recommended. Can't wait to come again soon.

One adult and two teenagers stayed and loved this place! The condo felt like a luxury stay with the unit seeming completely refurbished. An amazing view of the ocean greeted us whether from the bed, or the spacious lanai. We plan to stay here again for sure. We found affordable parking in the marina parking which is just to the right of the lagoon in the pictures. There was a nice ramped walkway down to it and it was $1 per hour. We made sure to unload our bags at the main entrance before parking so we didn't have to bring them up the ramp.

Ali'i is by far the best we have dealt with in the 17 times we have stayed at the Ilikai. The room was clean and very nice. The furniture on the lanai was comfortable as was the new chair in the livingroom area.Best of all was the contact people we spoke to during our 2 month stay. Quick response to our questions and very satisfactory in every way. I we highly recommend Ali'i which is why we have put a deposit down on another condo for 2025.

The pictures shown from the room were accurate. Respectable view. Fireworks display directly in view from the Balcony staring over the Lagoon.
Hotel building itself was very clean, welcoming and had a diverse selection of shops on 1st floor. Room itself was very clean and comfortable with everything needed to be self contained... including beach chairs and small lunch bag/ cooler. Public transportation bus stop directly in front of building. Takes you all around the city... the island.. and to/ from airport for $3.00.
Cabs and Uber were organized in front drive entryway. Everyone was pleasant.
Paved walkway around the beach directly from the Hotel. Cheapest parking 2 buildings away from Hotel or available in Hotel for higher cost. Small groceries at almost every corner... grocery store about 1 mile walk. Public transportation has an app and shows maps and route times... was extremely accurate.
Room itself has great air conditioning only needed heavier or another blanket... and a few dish rags. Laundry at end of hallway and worked fine. Laundry baskets provided in the room. A dozen hangers in closet Iron board and Iron also worked. Vacuum.. mop.. broom provided.
Keurig coffee maker... toaster... blender... rice cooker all worker well and were clean. Nothing scary about the building.. hallways.. elevators...or the room.
Didn’t use the pools but they looked very clean... and looked inviting.
This was a last minute trip(5 day planning time) and it worked out well. Very comfortable.. not spooked by the building or the room. Location was good. Price was respectable.

I am satisfied with the rental of this unit from my recent visit to Hawaii with my husband and two kids. The kids enjoyed eating while looking at the view every morning. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom can use some renovation but overall, everything was great. The location is conveniently located near many shops and is also walking distance to the beach and lagoons so I recommend this rental.

Once I opened the door I was very pleased on how the room was very spacious. But once I opened the blinds and sliding door the view was the best I’ve ever seen. I stayed with my children Monday - Saturday. I love how the room was very spacious for 3 of us. Easy access in and out using passcode not having to worry if I need a key card to open the door. 4 beach chairs available in the closet that was very convenient so I wouldn’t have to buy any. Brooms and other utilities available to clean up the room. Extra towels was a necessity. The location was very convenient especially how close the lagoon and shopping was for the kids. On Friday we were shocked when we heard fireworks omg the show was amazing so close and clear! I really love this location! I would recommend this to everybody to stay here!

Great place to be. We've been in this condo building 3 separate times and this unit does not disappoint. Location is convenient to less crowded beaches and fantastic view. Main living, bedroom and kitchen area was perfect for us with nice leather couch and good lanai chairs and table. Yes, it was clean. Bed was very comfortable and better storage than others. Two nice pools. 11th floor location was just right to see below and no long elevator waits. Property management staff was very responsive. Definitely do this one again.

This was my second time staying at this vacation rental. I absolutely Love the location. The condo is always clean. The property manager is always responsive and provides excellent service! Our stay was great. The actual unit could use a bit of a refresh but nothing major. The view is amazing, the location by the beach and the ability ti walk to dinner every night was fantastic.

My parents and I enjoyed our 10 night stay here! It was a great location and good amenities, clean and great views.
Our only complaints were: the pullout couch was awful, but when I messaged the Ali'i Management about how uncomfortable it was, they provided an air mattress which was much more comfortable! So they remedied it quickly.
The other thing that bothered my parents was the noise from the air conditioner. It was quite loud next to their bed, but I was able to sleep through it.
Overall, fantastic stay!!

The host was very responsive and convenient. Did a great job in getting us in and out of our Airbnb. They provided us with bottled water, beach towels, folded chairs & umbrella for the beach �� it has full kitchen and great view on the lanai! It’s also a plus that there’s a washer & dryer on the same floor of where we stayed at.

This condo was perfect for our family! The view was amazing!! I really enjoyed having a full kitchen to cooking meals for my family during Christmas and New Years! The location was excellent and convenient to everything we needed. The condo was clean which is very important during these COVID times. We felt very safe and comfortable during our stay. In addition, I was grateful that there was a washer and dryer on our floor to be able to do laundry during our extended stay. We also enjoyed having meals on the balcony. Check in process was so easy it almost felt like I was missing something! Very efficient/streamlined. The condo was beautifully updated and with a nice view of the lagoon and ocean. The fireworks were right in front of our faces. Really enjoyed our stay.

Location was great, Incredible views. The Harbor Pub is located below, is great for breakfast and pizza. It’s a Dive bar with a comfortable atmosphere. I enjoyed that the room is quiet and has black out shades.

We love the location of the Ilikai. Close to everything. We absolutely loved the view from our lanai. Its just as the vrbo picture represents...but, so much more beautiful in person.
Regarding the condo itself...the king size bed is super comfortable, the AC worked great...but the condo could use a bit of updating and a little TLC.
We had a few maintenance issues and contacted the property manager. The property manager provided exceptional service to our 2 small maintenance issues and the 1 large issue (toliet leaking). 5 star rating for the property management team! 4 stars for actual condo. A little TLC to this prime location condo and it would easily be a 5 star.

The rental was perfect for our families needs we stayed there with our two small children for one week. We really enjoyed having a full kitchen as well as the second floor pool was perfect for toddlers! The only downfall was the suite wasn’t as clean as I think it should be on arrival I noticed the shower needed to be scrubbed as well as the overall cleanliness of the bathroom. And considering the price it would have been nice to have maid service at least once during the weeks stay. Otherwise it was a beautiful view and location.

We stayed 11 nights at a condo at the Ilikai at Waikiki Beach. The condo was perfectly located at the beach. We had a great view of the Friday night fireworks from our balcony. Getting in and out of the Ilikai was very easy. We rented a car the valets very quickly retrieved the car from parking and were very courteous. We ate 3 times at the restaurant at the Ilikai (Cinnamons) which was very good and convenient. Our condo was clean with everything we needed. We had a minor problem with our air conditioner. I would highly recommend staying at this rental again.

Rental experience was good. Location was ideal. Everything was within walking distance. Pick-up point for all our excursions were at the flagpoles in front of the hotel/condo. Family-friendly, quiet, great view of lagoon and ocean. Fireworks on Friday were great. We ate out most meals, but had all basic supplies if you wanted to prepare meals at condo. Parking was valet only at $28/day, which had to be paid upfront. Overall, enjoyed our stay.

Rental experience was good. Location was ideal. Everything was within walking distance. Pick-up point for all our excursions were at the flagpoles in front of the hotel/condo. Family-friendly, quiet, great view of lagoon and ocean. Fireworks on Friday were great. We ate out most meals, but had all basic supplies if you wanted to prepare meals at condo. Parking was valet only at $28/day, which had to be paid upfront. Overall, enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for both long and short stays. Easy access with code lock so we didn’t have to carry around keys. Walking distance to everything. Bring food and save money on meals or dine out at endless restaurant choices. Tommy Bahama beach chairs came in very handy. We could not have been happier.

I have stayed in this hotel/condo on numerous times and this rental was by far my favourite. The condo is clean, had plenty of room, great kitchen, and has an amazing view. I will definitely ask to stay in this suite again on our next Hawaii vacation.

The location on Waikiki is right next to the lagoon and the ocean. We loved our view, and the big long sliding doors to the balcony opens up the room to the outside. The Ilikai is very clean, and not too busy in the lobby. We recommend the restaurant Cinnamon’s and Dave’s ice cream shops downstairs. The room was also very clean, wonderful layout, and we appreciated the beach supplies in our room. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to dine in. I recommend this place!!

After living here 47 years, I recently retired and moved to Las Vegas to try a new experience. Although there are many great things about desert life, I really missed the tropical weather and ocean. I made my plans last minute and Alii Beach rentals and Gabby and Rita were so gracious and helpful in finding me the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the fun of being in Waikiki.
