-Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board
-Starter condo supplies, including dish soap, dish sponge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper towel, and toilet paper (guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay)

Note: This is a legal one bedroom condo because of its size and full kitchen, however there is a partition that separates the bedroom from the living room.

We had an excellent stay and would absolutely come back. The views are incredible—waking up and winding down with that backdrop never got old. The unit was spotless on arrival and clearly well cared for.

Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. You’re just steps from the lagoon and easy access to great surf spots, plus a quick walk to Ala Moana Mall and multiple grocery stores, which made everything super convenient.

The kitchen was a standout—very well stocked and thoughtfully set up. As someone who actually cooks, I appreciated having proper equipment and space to work with, not just the usual barebones setup.

Overall, a fantastic spot that delivers on comfort, convenience, and quality. Highly recommend.

This location was great. The view was lovely and the accommodations were ideal. Plus it's right on the marina and a short walk to the beach and 15 minutes from UH.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and we really liked it. We were close to the beach, restaurants, and public transportation. The area was quiet at night. The unit was nicely updated and the bed amazingly comfortable. The view from the balcony was the best feature for us because we could watch the surfers and sailboats out in the water.

This condo is in a great location in one of our favorite buildings in Waikiki. It has close proximity to the beach, shopping and all activities, yet is father away from the noisy crowds of central Waikiki. The lanai of this unit has a fantastic view of the Friday night fireworks at the Hilton lagoon. We had a couple of issues that needed taking care of and the folks at Alii Beach Rentals were fantastic and took care of the issues almost immediately. There is one minor issue that could use more attention - the kitchen could use more dishes, glasses and cutlery, as well as a large frying pan. Dining for 4 could be a bit of a challenge. Overall, a great stay and we wouldn't hesitate to book this condo again. Mahalo.

Unit 840 is a very beautiful updated unit. If you want amazing views from your balcony, a very clean and comfortable unit that has everything you need for your stay, then I highly recommend booking this unit. The grounds are also very beautiful and close to everything.

Could not have been better. I have stayed in Honolulu at almost every imaginable hotel for the last 60 years, and this was the Best.

Better than Hilton, Royal Hawaiian, even the Ilima Hotel near the canal (love that place!)

I thought there was a mistake when we pulled up to the address. The Ilikai?! NICE!

Great View for Friday Fireworks

The property was as described - everything was just like the photos.
Our family of 4 fit comfortably. The foldout bed was ideal for just one person as the fold in the middle made it difficult to share. There was an inflatable bed in the unit for us to use as well. (Not sure if that’s always available)
Kitchen and bathroom were lovely and had lots of storage. It would have been useful to have some hooks in the bathroom for wet towels and bathing suits. The balcony was great for people watching, watching the fireworks, and getting a few hours of sun. The location of the ilikai cannot be beat.
We would book this unit again!

very cute condo, exactly as advertised. Ilikai hotel was also very nice, make sure to try out hotel at the top, Pesca. Staff super nice, beautiful view, comfy bed though very loud unfortunately, we also did see like 2 roaches during our stay, nothing too crazy(its a huge hotel with several condos so know this is not all their control though this unit was pretty clean). Really enjoyed our stay, not sure when I will be back as its super expensive over there but hey this condo was very nice and would definitely stay again!

Condo was spotless and was exactly how it was pictured. The view was spectacular and we had the perfect seats to watch the Friday night fireworks hosted by Hilton Village. Shops on the main lobby were convenient. Bus stop is across the street for the bus to Pearl Harbour and tour pickups and dropoffs at the ABC store are less than a 2min walk away. Main shopping strip (luxury row) is a close walk via the Waikiki beach walkway or via Kalia Road. If I could offer a few bits of feedback it would be: the headboard in the bedroom was detached from the bed frame (side closest to the balcony) so every time the person on that side of the bed moved, the headboard would hit against the wall. The pedal to lift the garbage lid was broken and the shower curtain in the washroom can be just a tad longer so that water doesn't splash over the lip of the shower stall. But these very minor tiny things did not affect the amazing time we had at this vacation rental. Thank you for allowing to share this space with us and for helping us create a most memorable family vacation.

Very near to beach and located in Ilikai building with all restaurants nearby In walkable distance. Condo is neat and clean . It has excellent beach view, pool view, city view whatever you call it. One of the best experience we ever had. We enjoyed our son’s 1st birthday in this condo. Most memorable .

Charming Waikiki Beach Home with Breathtaking Views and Fireworks

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming home on Waikiki Beach, and it was just what our family of four needed for a lovely getaway. Despite the home being small, it was absolutely perfect for our needs, and we found it to be an excellent value for the location.

The home had clearly been renovated recently, and it was beautifully appointed with all the necessary amenities. We were able to cook meals in the well-equipped kitchen, and there was plenty of space for all of us to relax comfortably. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating area, which offered amazing views of Waikiki and the sparkling ocean. We were even treated to the stunning Friday night fireworks display, which we could watch right from the comfort of our own patio.

Perhaps the best thing about this home was its location. We were just a short walk away from the beach, and we loved being able to stroll along the sand or take a dip in the water whenever we felt like it. The breathtaking views of Waikiki were always just a glance away. There were also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, which made it easy for us to explore the area and find delicious food and souvenirs to bring home.

Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experience at this lovely home on Waikiki Beach. It was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient place to stay in this beautiful part of the world.

This place exceeded all our expectations! The views are amazing and it is clean, comfortable and well laid out. It is just minutes away from the beach and pools. Such a prime location between the water and local restaurants and shopping. I would DEFINITELY stay here again, we loved our time in this unit.
The only suggestions I have are to provide some serving/cooking utensils for the kitchen and to have more than one lounge chair for the guests to use at the beach.

This was our 7th stay in Hawaii & have been to many wonderful places. I must say we love the Ilikai for many reasons. The location, it’s so close to everything & within waking distance. Even at our ages 63 & 70 & minor health issues. The condo we chose was perfect for all our needs. It was beautifully updated & very very clean. The bed was comfortable & so we’re the pillows (which were very important to me !) but the view was exquisite from our Lanai & so accessible to the beach & beautiful pools �� it was great having a kitchen. And having a washer & dryer available just a few steps away down the hall! I highly recommend this amazing, wonderful place if you are looking for a relaxing stay on Waikiki Beach ❤️

This condo is beautifully decorated and clean! I was surprised how well the space was laid out! The pictures are great but don’t even do it justice. I stayed with my son and boyfriend and we loved it. The pocket doors that split the apartment were great for when my son wanted to sleep and we wanted to hang out. The hotel is close to everything. We valeted our rental and it was quick and easy to grab when when we needed it. My only suggestion would be to add hooks to hang towels because after showering we had no where to hang our 3 towels to dry. We made do but honestly that was the only thing missing!

Condo was in a great location with a beautiful view! Just a short 15-20 min walk to shopping, restaurants beach and parks but nice to be at the quieter end of Waikiki. Parking was convenient and less expensive at the parking garage located nearby. Condo was very clean and kitchen was well stocked however since we ate quite a few meals in the suite it would have been handy to have a couple of pans or glassware for the oven. Overall, we had a great stay in this unit and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to others!

We were looking for an updated, clean condo with views, selected this condo and it is exactly what we wanted! Clean, fresh with no carpet, a big plus, lovely view and lanai, beautiful kitchen and bath. Also noted TV's in living and bedroom.
