Please be advised: Balcony access for this unit/stack (Phase 4) will be restricted from approximately June 2026, to August 2026, during work hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). These dates are subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen delays. Please also note that noise disturbances may occur throughout the duration of this project.

Located at 1777 Ala Moana Blvd. the Ilikai is located right at the entrance to sunny Waikiki. On-site dining at the Ilikai enhances your stay with a variety of flavors to satisfy every craving. Indulge in an unforgettable experience at Empire Steakhouse, an elegant restaurant on the top floor, where expertly crafted dishes are complemented by stunning panoramic views of the ocean and city. For a more casual bite, visit Paradise Poke, where you can enjoy some of the best poke in Waikiki. Start your day with a locally brewed coffee from Aroma Caffe, our popular coffee shop, or indulge in a sweet treat at Dave’s Hawaiian Ice Cream, our celebrated ice cream parlor. If you're looking for a laid-back meal, don’t miss Menehune Grill in the lobby, where you'll find a delicious selection of dishes perfect for a relaxed breakfast or casual dining experience.

Other features include the free Friday night live music and Hula Show in the Ilikai courtyard from 6PM to 8PM and the free Friday night fireworks display in front of the Hilton Hawaiian village next door at 7:45PM. The fireworks are viewable from the Hilton Hawaiian village lagoon, which is right as you exit out the back walking path from the Ilikai. Also the Hilton Hawaiian Village lagoon is for the public and is a great feature for the kids!

It caught our breath from the first moment we walked in! The view is absolutely spectacular. You could literally feel how clean it was. We were celebrating a big birthday, and the most fun was being able to watch fireworks literally so close and right from our balcony! Everything we needed was very close. Loved the fact that you would walk to a beautiful peaceful sandy lagoon of ocean water connected to the ocean where the waves were calmed down by a break water. Special note and very important when you're away from your own home... The beds were very very comfortable! We had a couple of requests for the management, and they responded immediately.
If you can stay here, do it. You'll never regret this beautiful place.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this spacious apartment. It has a great view of the marina and ocean, and this part of Waikiki has become our favorite. Although completely functional, we felt the apartment was a bit outdated in regard to the kitchen and bathrooms, and some of the furniture was a bit worn. The bonus was the beach chairs which we used a lot! We’d definitely book this apartment again.

This is a good place to live with great views. The place is well stocked if you want to live with family+. The location is phenomenal, right next to broad walk to Waikiki. About a mile or so from Waikiki. Beautiful sunsets and can walk to beautiful sunrise. Parking is really easy although valet is available as well. Food Pantry is a great grocery store nearby.

Unit was as pictured with amazing views and all amenities of the hotel. It was clean and well appointed with beach chairs and towels. We enjoyed watching sunsets from the balcony. The unit gets beautiful light all day.

Nice and spacious we enjoyed the stay my kids loved the balcony, beautiful view. The only thing that can be better is maybe getting parking included because it's $45 a day but I did find a parking lot that was a dollar an hour right behind the property next to the marina.

There are place who overcompensate description and images to draw you in. This place is exactly as it's presented in the image. It's the real deal. It's scenic and most relaxing to wake up to. It's very spacious and comfortable. There is a mini mart on the first floor, with an ice cream shop and many restaurants nearby to dine. Overall its probably the best location I have stayed at in Hawaii.

The view is amazing! The rental was nice and spacious. It had two decks one on pool side and ocean view side. That makes this place unique. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The corner rental unit has great views from both decks. The sunset from the unit is amazing. The interior was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella that were provided. We had a question about the wifi and management responded quickly with the solution. We would definitely choose to stay here again.
