ILIKAI MARINA NOTICE — Spalling Work Update
Spalling repair on the Ocean/Marina-facing side is nearing completion, but intermittent noise disturbances may still occur during work hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We appreciate your continued patience and understanding as we wrap up this phase of the project. The overall building spalling project remains on schedule for completion by late Spring 2026.

Ein schönes großes und sehr sauberes Appartement in bester Lage zur City.
Der Ausblick auf den Hafen, gerade bei Sonnenuntergang ist wunderschön.
Genügend Handtücher \ Strandtücher und Strandutensilien sind vorhanden.
In nur wenigen Gehminuten ist man mittendrin im Stadtleben Honolulo‘s. In nur 5 Minuten ist man am Waikiki Beach und kann das Feuerwerk, welches immer Freitags dort am Hilton Resort stattfindet sich anschauen.
Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants rund ums Appartement.
Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Appartement an der Straße zu finden für 1$ pro Stunde, wer da nichts findet kann im Parkhaus direkt neben dem Haupteingang des Appartement Hauses parken ( Preise 33$ pro Tag).
Die Betreuung durch Alii Beach Rentals war zu jeder Zeit super. Anliegen wurden sofort und immer im Sinne des Kunden bearbeitet. Man erhielt rechtzeitig alle nötigen Infos zum Aufenthalt!
Die Abwicklung des Mietvertrages lief reibungslos und sehr schnell!
Wir können Alii Beach rentals sehr empfehlen und würden wieder dort buchen.

The room was recently renovated, very comfortable and clean. The view from the lanai of the Marina was relaxing.

Great deal on a ideally located Waikiki Condo facing the marina! Lots of boats, people and traffic to watch from the balcony.

Very happy with our stay here. There was a slight problem with the Wifi when we checked in. Management resolved the issue as quickly as could be expected. The unit was nice, and had just replaced the carpets with new wood or composite flooring, which was very nice. Make sure you check all the closets, they do have some beach chairs and floats etc, which we didnt see the first time we went to the beach.

Loved the location. Condo was clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean and Marina. The only thing was the TV was confusing had a hard time finding the channels. The parking was not operating properly and it would have an accept my pass and I needed to pay extra two times but they said they would reimburse me for the extra charges. All in all it was adequate. I will definitely stay at the Iiliki again.

Great location, near the mall, freeway, beach, and food! We felt safe. Condo was older, some lights didn’t work and never got the TVs working right. Great view.

We love staying at Ilikai Marina for the location and view. This particular unit is well appointed, comfortable, and quiet. It’s a short walk for our mornings hikes in beautiful Ala Moana Beach Park, and a similar modest distance to Ala Moana Center. What a treat to sit on the lanai (small, but so what?) and watch the activity in the marina, or enjoy a gorgeous sunset. We appreciated the cleanliness of the unit with the exception of the carpet which was past due for a shampoo.
The bus system on Oahu is excellent - it took us everywhere we wanted to go.
We were delighted to learn that there will be a rooftop deck renovation with the addition of a pool. We’ll be back!

It was a great central location in O’ahu. I’m glad I picked this place. It was enough room for three people could have fit five if need be. It was spacious. I would give it a 4/5 stars for the hotel it self. But a 5/5 for location because you’re half way to where ever you want to go.

I stayed 12 nights in this unit and had a nice quiet stay. A nice spacious unit , a little dated but comfortable. Don’t worry about the 3rd floor it is high enough up privacy is no worries.. good views good location. I would stay in this unit again

Comfortable, well-equipped place, quiet despite being in downtown Waikiki. Great view of fireworks on Friday and Sunday nights.

The bar downstairs can get quite noisy at closing time. Very limited storage space for your clothing as the dresser is packed full of extra linens. Very clean unit and everything was in working order. Pleased with the value we got for our money, especially considering the amazing views we were blessed to wake up to.

Overall the property was clean, the bed comfortable and the condition as shown in the photos. The property could use a few touch ups. Traffic noise was at a level we anticipated.

Kaili did a great job of ensuring the stay went very well and took care of all our needs. The place was clean and a short walk to the beach. Would absolutely stay again.

Had no issues with rental just follow instructions and every thing went smoothly
Property in great locations for local transportation and close to lots of restaurants
The unit was clean and provided beach chairs and towels plus umbrella for beach which is within walking distance
The beds were comfortable and view was nice the lanai patio was small but adequate
The kitchen well equipped and we made breakfast every morning which saved money on meals
Would definitely return to this property and the price was right
The staff at rental office was available when called and was very helpful during our stay thanks for all you did for us
