Please be advised that balcony access for this unit will be restricted from approximately April 13, 2027, to July 20, 2027, during work hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). These dates are subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen delays. Please also be aware that noise disturbances may occur throughout the duration of this project.

This beautiful 2-bedroom apartment is located on the 19th floor, offering stunning full ocean views. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with split air conditioning for your comfort. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, a TV for your entertainment, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, and a private balcony to enjoy the views. The guest bedroom has two single beds, an ocean view, and a partition that separates the bedroom from the dining area, ensuring privacy. The guest bathroom, located in the hallway, has been fully renovated with modern fixtures.

The condo also offers a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and all the essentials provided, making it ideal for families who prefer to cook at home and save on dining out. The spacious living room includes two futons to accommodate additional guests, providing extra comfort and flexibility.

The 2 bedroom vacation rental fit our needs perfectly! It was the right size & allowed privacy for a family of 4 with two teenagers. It was clean and comfortable with a fantastic view of the ocean & the city! The location was phenomenal! We walked everywhere. The hotel was calm (not too loud or busy) & easy to come & go from. We had a wonderful time & enjoyed our stay!

The property was exactly as described and pictured. With an excellent location, we could walk to the beach as well as to shops and evcellent dining facilities. We really enjoyed our stay and would want to stay there again!
