The inviting living area is designed for both relaxation and gathering, with cozy seating and a flat-screen TV for your enjoyment. But it’s the stunning views that truly stand out—offering sweeping vistas of the Pacific Ocean and the dramatic mountain landscape, sure to leave a lasting impression.

The main level of this beautiful home welcomes you with an airy open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and a modern kitchen with a center island—ideal for family meals, entertaining, or simply gathering together. The master bedroom is also on the first floor, featuring a king-sized bed, large smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a relaxing bathtub. A convenient half bathroom is also located on this floor for guests.

Upstairs, you’ll find two additional generously sized bedrooms. One offers a queen bed, while the other was specially designed with kids in mind—it includes a fun trundle bed setup with a single bed on top and a full-size bed on the bottom, along with cheerful decor to make little ones feel right at home. A shared full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, from modern appliances to essential cookware. · Parking: 1 standard-sized cars in the garage and 2 parking spaces on the driveway. NO parking on the street or road.

· Quiet Time: between 9:00 pm – 8:00 am. This is a residential community. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No parties, events, or large gatherings.

· Self-check-in via Smart Lock.

· Guests have access to the entire house and the private backyard.

· For our out-of-town guests, we are 14 miles away from Kapolei (Costco and shopping malls). It is recommended to have a rental car.

Ali’i Beach Rentals is a full-service professional vacation rental company. We have our own in-house maintenance, cleaning team, and professional property managers available by phone 24/7 in case of emergencies.

This home was exactly as pictured! The ocean view from the back deck was stunning at sunset and sunrise. The community pool was beautiful clean and quiet. The location of this home was very deadly to get away from the bugger city and just relax. The gated community was very peaceful and loved being surrounded by mountains and just minutes from the beach. Only recommended is window coverings on the upper windows on the west side of the house the afternoon sun is brutal there are ceiling fans but the ceilings are so high the fans are a non-factor. The upstairs rooms did not cool down until the early morning hours so floor fans might help combat the heat. That being said, we would stay here again. The home is clean and the kitchen is well equipped.

After our original rental was canceled last minute we found this amazing Alii Beach Rental with only one day to spare before we landed in Hawaii. The staff at Alii were prompt and polite in helping us with our booking. It was a little more pricey than our original but it was well worth the extra cost for the beautiful condo and all of its amenities. Everything was very clean and well stocked. They had a full kitchen with pots and pans to cook, snorkel gear, ice chests, life jackets, towels, chairs, boogie boards, yoga mats, whatever you need for a day on the beach. They also had an amazing washer and dryer that made our life a lot easier not having to pack up soggy clothes for the trip home. The outdoor patio was perfect for early morning coffee, and late night conversations with a stunning view of the ocean. Overall, our stay at Alii Beach Rentals was exactly what we needed to facilitate a fun filled week. It was truly enjoyable to come “home” to the rental and unwind and reminisce on another amazing day on Oahu.

We had an amazing stay at the property. the views outside the home are breathtaking as the mountains are right there all around you. the property is spacious, and has all the amenities needed for one to enjoy a get away vacation. Would definitely stay there again without a doubt.

This home was perfect for our family vacation! The house was sparkling clean, and the host clearly puts a lot of care into maintaining the property. We particularly enjoyed the ping pong table!The quiet neighborhood and beautiful scenery created a truly peaceful atmosphere. With plenty of room for all six of us, we never felt cramped. We had no issues during our stay and would highly recommend this Airbnb to other large families. A truly wonderful experience
