Our condominium offers a world class ocean view, full-size kitchen, private lanai, and a washer & dryer in the condo. The bedding is convenient with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and full sofa sleeper in the living room.
Waikiki Beach Tower amenities include a swimming pool and jet spa, fitness room, and pool table to hang with friends. Or have a BBQ cookout and use the grills in the outside dining area.
You'll be in the heart of Waikiki and your island adventures await! You'll also be located within walking distance to the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, and tons of Waikiki shopping and dining options. Sit back, relax, and enjoy all that Waikiki Beach Tower has to offer and we know it will be a place where you and your family will want to return every year. See you soon!
ALI'I BEACH RENTALS INCLUDE:
- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels
- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (Guests will need to replenish items for the remainder of their stay.).
PLEASE NOTE: We recommend using a smaller vehicle, as the parking garage has a low 6'2" height clearance. Complimentary valet is provided for the first vehicle. The second vehicle will incur an additional fee.
CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

The location just can’t be beat! Such a beautiful beach and city within walking distance to so many things. We loved swimming in the ocean daily and then enjoying the hot tub back at the apartment. The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our group of 4. The kitchen had excellent appliances. The spacious lanai was a perfect spot to take in the view and enjoy the breeze. Highly recommended.

The condo was in a perfect location right on the beachfront. The valet parking was awesome. I would rent there again in a heartbeat. The view of the ocean from the balcony is fantastic.

A beautiful view and great location in Waikiki . Walk to the beach right across the street, dine in multiple locations , shopping everywhere , and lots of fun . Only wish there were a few more items in the kitchen so we would not have had to purhase . the salt and pepper was even marginal . Otherwise , wonderful place to enjoy Waikiki.

This particular unit on the 10th floor couldn’t be in a better location: oceanfront view of Waikiki, a daily show of the surfers, but high enough to still be quiet and removed from the hustle and bustle. The building is ideally situated just across the street from the beach and near the Duke statue, close to shopping and coffee, but at the quiet end of the beach. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

Property was as described, clean, updated with a great location. Note that the streets are busy with autos and pedestrians being that it is in Waikiki something that we did not mind. The view of the beach (which was across the street) was awesome. Check-in and Check-out was easy and efficient. The staff (particularly the auto attendants) were quick and professional. The only recommendation I would offer is to update the sleeper sofa's mattress, though usable is slightly a bit worn.

This is the second time we have stayed here and we will never stay anywhere else again .
All the staff are amazing ,friendly and so helpful.
The only thing I can fault is the pool is not working but everything else is outstanding .

It was my Aunt and Mom's first time in Hawaii, Mom celbrating her 80th! They were in Aww of the beautiful view from the Lanai. We spent many mornings and evenings enjoying the Lanai! The location is so convenient to the beach access, restaurants and shopping! The property is well maintained and freindly staff. They have a courtesy lounge that we used; our flight was late in the evening, after check out, that was very convenient! Our over all stay was definately a 10 out of 10! i highly recommend this unit / location!

This room was perfect for our family. There was ample space and we enjoyed having the full kitchen. The view was amazing and unobstructed with a large balcony. Everything we needed was nearby. The location could not be better in terms of being centrally located. We could walk to Diamond Head and easily go to Chinatown. The view is stunning and as hoped but you are high enough not to be. disturbed at night. The property description was accurate and the customer service helpful when we wanted to extend our check-out and when we got locked out.

Perfect vacation. We happened to be staying there during the Honolulu children’s festival, so from the balcony we had a front row seat to the parade and a spectacular firework show. The condo was conveniently located for our family, including our two college aged young adults. Easy process to get keys and check in and out of condo. Valet parking was a breeze when leaving or returning car, and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful (recommended a couple of cool restaurants to try). We used the grill and barbecue area one night, which made for a pleasant dining experience at the pool area (had the whole area to ourselves). We had an amazing vacation in Hawaii, and much of it was due to being conveniently located across from the beach and next to many great restaurants and shopping venues, AND also being less than an hour drive to some of the beautiful sites and fun activities (i.e., zip lining, etc.) on the island. For our family, a good part of the vacation experience is dependent upon where we stay including: the location (the convenience factor), the condition of the hotel/house/condo, the amenities offered, and value (what you get, for what you pay). Overall it was a great vacation rental experience and definitely would choose to stay at this condo again if or when we come back to the island of Hawaii.

The condo was very nice and clean and the view was amazing. We were on Oahu for a family funeral and needed a place to stay in Waikiki near the venue that would accommodate a family of 4; my husband and I and our two adult children. I normally stay with family so I was a little bit nervous about staying in Waikiki but this condo was great. The location was perfect and the valet parking was nice to have. We loved being be able to cook our own breakfast, and we had no trouble finding nice places to eat lunch and dinner nearby if we wanted to.

We island hopped from Maui during our vacation and really loved the location and amenities of this rental! The rental was pristine and the bathrooms, beds, and kitchen were very nice. We loved the privacy of two separate bedrooms (we could put both kids to sleep and still have a place to visit where we could speak in normal voices), we loved having a place to wash our clothes (right in the master bath) & a cozy living room to gather as a family with an epic view of the ocean.
The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen supplies (no cooking staples, but plenty of dinnerware & cookware. The soaker tub was also lovely—a hit with both kids and for this mom who doesn’t have a tub at home. We enjoyed every sunrise & sunset from the porch & found the couch comfy for taking in the scenes of Waikiki. The pool area was friendly to kids and the gym was top notch (we used it daily).
I think this is well worth the money especially if you 1) like having both privacy or quiet spaces and social spaces 2) want the flexibility to cook, but also the accessibility of the awesome city and restaurants, 3) were already considering 2 hotel rooms somewhere in Waikiki (it’s hard to find anything less than $350 anyway!) The valet parking which was included really made this condo feel more like a resort.
On the 10th floor, you could still feel the fun energy of Waikiki, but could also get a peaceful respite from the hustle below. The ocean view was exactly as advertised and visible from both the living room and the master bedroom.
The staff also were extremely helpful and accommodating! We mostly vacation through VRBO 3-4 times a year and this was by far my favorite rental so far!

I'm 44 and stayed here with my mother, 5yo daughter and 50yo sister. It was the perfect apartment/condo for us to spread out and feel the connection to the beautiful Waikiki Beach without having to be 'on the beach' as such. Photos I took from that deck/lanai are now my screensaver on my computer. The positioning is great as you're to the left of the Circle Hotel in front so it doesn't impact your view. The elevation within the building is good, you're still 'in touch' with the view. Key pick up was straight forward (a couple of blocks away). The pool area is nice but a little sterile - the beach is what you're here for anyway! I didn't use the gym but it looked to be very good and well equipped. We've stayed at the Beach Tower twice now, that says it all really!

If you’re looking for paradise in paradise, This is the place to stay! Gorgeous oceanfront lanai view of Waikiki. Large living area, bedrooms super comfy and the bathrooms-wow! We loved the heated toilet seats! Building and property are beautiful. The management company is top notch and always answers any questions. Love everything about our start and will be back again.

Our stay at the Waikiki Beach Tower couldn’t have been better! The condo was exactly as pictured and described. Enjoying coffee every morning on the balcony looking out at the ocean was the perfect way to start each day. The staff, especially the valets, were professional and friendly. The location was great, right in front of the best part of the beach.

The property is a perfect location to enjoy Waikiki. It is right in the heart of Waikiki Beach. The condo itself is very comfortable and well maintained. The views from the living room, primary bedroom and balcony are actually much more expansive than even the photos depict. The small window in the second bedroom doesn't really have a view though. It is easy to spend hours on the balcony enjoying the warmth and watching the dozens of surfers attempting to catch a wave. It is also so convenient to just walk out the front door of the building and across the street to the beach. We didn't take advantage of the smallish pool on the 4th floor but did use the hot tub a time or two. The condo kitchen is quite compact but more than adequate for preparing breakfasts (which is all we used it for). It doesn't have a blender though, which would have been handy. The staff in the complex were all very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to rent to property again.

This was an amazing home away from home. Had all we needed and more. Location was fabulous and staff were helpful the entire stay. Only had an issue with the Wi-Fi, (didn't have any,) and when I calld the number for help I never received a call back. I had to use my own HotSpot.
