- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Condo was clean & presentable. Check-in was simple & easy. Had no issues so had no need to even contact Alii Beach Rentals, except for an email about recycling (rec'd a response promptly). Nice experience.

We had a wonderful stay. Location was perfect walking distance to the beach, restaurant and shopping areas. The condo was clean and well kept with the necessities with needed. Air-condition was a plus! Only issue we had was the time spent on withing for elevator going up to 16th fl and down. We had to let go of several elevators that were full. So we decided to take the stairs down in few occasions. Other than this issue, everything was great!

Nicely decorated and good amenities.
A bit sparse on kitchen supplies- glasses, mugs, dishes etc for a group of 4.
Overall a nice place to stay.

It was wonderful. 2 minutes walk to Waikiki beach. Loved that beach chairs and umbrella are provided and other things like all essential kitchen items. Very clean and comfortable space for a family of 4, 3 adults and a teenager. A lot of room for parking and it comes included, which really drew me to this place. We go to Oahu once every 5 years and the next time, we will definitely be looking to stay here again. Mahalo :)

We have stayed in many banyan condos and this was one of the nicest. I liked the ceiling fans and the air conditioner worked great! My only comment would be there was no blanket for the person on the pullout. There were sheets but no blanket so it was cold at night with the ac. Elevators can be a bit slow and full but it wouldn’t deter me from staying here. Just be aware.

Over the years we have stayed in several units at the Banyan. This is a clean, and bright property with a good view of the mountains. The beds were very comfortable. One of the reasons we like the Banyan properties is the inclusion of a parking pass.
The property management company was excellent, and they provided clear instructions regarding arrival and moveout.
The kitchen could benefit from a few more plates, bowls, cups, and mixing bowls etc. A small chest-of-drawers in the bedroom would be useful addition.

Had a good time. Place is just right foe 3 people. Clean and roomy.gas everything you need.might want to put in a few more coffee cups. Great location. No problems.

The new floors, furniture, kitchen and bathroom looked great and the beds were very comfortable. The view of the Al’s Wai canal and the hills above are beautiful, especially at sunset and at night.
Wish the unit had an electric broom so I could have kept the floors clean and it would also be nice to have an extra set of sheets.
Overall, we were very happy with this unit and would rent again.
