"I Love Kailua" street faire today near Waikiki
Posted by Unknown | Sunday, April 13, 2014

Today there is a street fair in Kailua on the Windward side of Oahu, just a short drive from our Waikiki Vacation Rentals.  It's also not a long ride on the bus over the beautiful Pali Highway if you don't have a rental car.  If you are staying at the Royal Kuhio, the Royal Moana, or the Cabana at Waikiki, or any of our other Waikiki rentals, the drive should be about 25 minutes.

Lani-Kailua Outdoor Circle's annual "I Love Kailua" is the town's biggest party of the year.  This free Oahu activity is a fundraiser held in the center of town, with booths selling all kinds of unique items, farmer's market items, food tends, and a beer tent.  Thousands will attend to sample food from Kailua's best restaurants, enjoy all-day live entertainment, find the best crafts and original art,  shop for the most interesting plants around, and meet new friends!  The local shops and eateries also have specials for the event day as well!
